I was looking for a diamond ring to gift my mother on their marriage anniversary. Then one of my friends recommends the Moissanite Co site for diamond rings. They have a great collection of rings. I ordered it, the ring was packed in a lovely box and they delivered in 3 days. My mother loves it. Worth it, product!

I cannot even begin to express my gratitude for the absolutely perfect rings my husband gave me this evening! I've been searching for over a year for the perfect wedding set, even though I'm already married. We got married with matching bands and because I didn't desire any diamonds due to cost and more, I came across moissanite in my research. My husband wanted me to have exactly what I desire, no matter what it was and I FINALLY have the BEST! I chose Model No: eng009 and it is so ME! I chose it with a 2ct. Round moissanite in a fishtail head, to which makes it look more vintage and also makes the round shape look a little larger and more cushion shaped, yet keeping the brilliant sparkle. I also ordered it with the Forever One upgrade and it just couldn't be more perfect! It's so stunning and it's my forever set for sure! Much thanks to Chris who helped me through the process and made it nothing less than a pure pleasure shopping online with a fantastic company! This is what my ring looks like less than a week after MoissaniteCo repaired and apparently inspected my ring. I had only had worn the ring for 2.5 weeks before one stone fell out and since my fiance had the ring for over a year (untouched), it was out of warranty and we had to pay over $100 to have it repaired and sent back before our engagement photos. And now the same stone they replaced and the one next to it are gone. Customer service has not be sympathetic to this issue and do not care if this keeps happening. The representative I chatted with on their site said I would be sent a shipping label to mail it back to them, but I have yet to receive anything or receive any follow up from the company. There was also no mention if I would have to pay for the repairs and the representative was eager to end our conversation. I cannot believe they don't even have a phone number to call!

Unless I get some sort of resolution in the near future I would advise anyone to not purchase from this company.
