I absolutely love my three stone ring made with colorless Moissanites stones and my eternity band. My husband and I were blown away by the moissanite.It is stunning and honestly I like the exceptional shine and glow better than my diamonds. My husband is so proud to get me such a big beautiful ring that the neighbors drool over and I LOVE my gorgeous new wedding set. Thank you for making my wedding so special with these stunning beautiful rings.

I have had my ring for over a year now. I purchased style enr603. While I have been very happy with the design and the Moissanites, I am disappointed in the white gold. I didn't realize that white gold isn't actually white, but a yellowish off white. So after a year of wear, the metal looks a bit yellowish. I contact the company, and they explained to me that it was originally rhodium plated but that plating can wear off with time. What? Why would you plate a gold ring with another metal? They offered to plate it again for me, but I am in Canada, and I really dont want to deal with Fedex again. That was too much "fun" the first time. So while I do recommend Moissanites, I really don't recommend white gold unless you are happy with periodically plating your ring.

I debated going with a diamond when I first thought about proposing, but was having trouble trying to make sense out of paying $2 - 3,000 for a ring. So for the fun of it, I looked into diamond alternatives and came across this website. The pictures of the moissanite rings looked awesome, but I was skeptical on ordering a ring online and was curious if they would look as good at the pictures when I actually received the ring in the mail. After lots of research and thought, I figured I would just order one and see for myself. I ordered a 0.6 carrat cushion cut solitaire ring, which also came with the 14k white gold wedding band. The rings was beautiful! It sparkled like crazy and the stones are colorless. My now fiance absolutely loves it, even knowing it's not a diamond! The best part of it, is that it cost about 1/4 of price I would have spent on a diamond exactly the same. Plus, my fiance has compared it to some of her other friend's diamond rings and you can't tell the difference.

I recently got my fiance now wife a gorgeous three stone Moissanite ring. Before purchasing it, we asked tons of questions and had immediate responses from Chris who was always honest and patient. When we recieved the ring we were blown away! The stones are white and clear even on cloudy days. They have unbelievable sparkle, fire and brilliance. In the past few weeks My wife has recieved so many coments on her ring and no one says anything but oh my god. The sparkle! My wife has a similar three stone very high quality diamond ring and after comparing the two. She really likes the exceptional fire and warmth of the enhanced mossianite better than the very expensive diamond ring! You should see how people stare and ohh and ahh at the bling on her finger. I am a very very proud man to give my beautiful wife such a beautiful piece of jewelry. It is honestly the most beautiful high quality ring we could have imagined and completely in our budget. The matching eternity band is also gorgeous.( in fact we bought two and chris rush ordered the second one right before our wedding.) We could not be happier and highly reccomend this company for its excellent customer service and outstanding jewelry!

My ring is so brilliant, so sparkling, and my jaw drops every time I look at it. I can't understand why anyone would waste tens of thousands of dollars on a diamond when a Moissanite is every bit as beautiful. This is no CZ. We decided to get a stone that would match the upper limits of what we could afford for a real diamond so that the ring isn't questioned. And you know what? Everyone comments on what a beautiful diamond wedding ring set I have. We will keep our little secret in the vault and put the money saved into our son's college education fund.

We went to a jeweler to repair a necklace and they thought my diamond ring was gorgeous. When I told them it was mossianite they were stunned. You should have seen their faces when my three stone ring tested positive on the diamond tester! They could not get over the sparkle and the quality AND they had no idea it would test positive like that.

While my love for Moissanite started with my frugal nature, the beauty of my first piece truly won me over and I am now a loyal fan. I will never go back to any other stone. My engagement and wedding rings, along with a few other pieces of jewelry, are all made from Moissanite and no one, not even jewelers, can tell the difference. I love having stunning and convincing jewelry without having to empty my bank account. However, I must note that the ordering process was not without its flaws. I encountered some issues during the shipping process but overall, I am very satisfied with my Moissanite pieces.

This company provides NO way of speaking to a live person! There's no number to call, you can only chat. Their chat reps, specifically Elizabeth, are very rude! I'd ask for product details on a few rings and they'd reply and say "we advise you to read the full description to see if you can find the answer there". I told them "I've already done this and the info isn't there". She replied with a quick snarky answer. Over and over I'd ask a question and over and over, I'd get a vague, short reply. I finally asked if I could talk with a manager. She said "I'm the supervisor". So I asked for her manager. She said she'd have someone get back with me. No one ever bothered. Their service is absolutely horrible! Even though this is moissanite, and not real diamonds, my purchase was going to be over $2000 so to not be able to speak with anyone when attempting to make such a large purchase is unbelievable!

I purchased a ring from this company 2 years ago. I enjoyed it those two years and got many compliments on the sparkle and look. Then my stones started falling out. In 6 months I had work done to the ring twice. I used moissanite company repair service and paid for the repair and stones. After working with Chris in customer service they offered to fix the ring for
Me a third time. They got back to me very quickly and did a lot to turn the situation around. Appreciate them working with me. I'd recommend this company. Also, I don't wear this ring next to any other rings. It's by itself. The first time with the repair the stone did crack which was surprising since Moissante is a 9 on the hardness scale but the 2nd repair they were not cracked and feel out and same with the 3rd time.

The ordering process was great, I was pleased that we could get exactly the size, shape and setting. Other sites did not have that much flexibility in their offerings. The neckless came in a few weeks and my wife has worn it everyday since Christmas.

We needed a ring sizing for my sons wedding and only had 7 days to complete it! I emailed Customer service and they came through for us! The rings were sized and cleaned up and back to us 2 days before the wedding! I would recommend a billion stars for this company! The quality of the jewelry is amazing. The experience is wonderful! They are fantastic! Thank you so much for being a part of my son and daughter-in -laws day!

A week after I gave my wife her wedding ring, one of the small stones fell out. Luckily we were sent a prepaid label and then we sent it in and it was sent back to us three weeks later. Long story short, more and more stones kept falling out and we were the ones who had to now pay to have it shipped, insured, and fixed. The costumer service is TERRIBLE! Chris is very rude and is not very helpful. Elizabeth was nicer to work with, but the results were the same. This company does not stand behind its product. The limited one year warrantee is worthless if the stones continue to fall out.
Secondly, we have asked the company to call us so that we could describe what the issues were. To date, we have not received one phone call. What type of a company doesn't list some sort of a contact number. Shame on me for even trusting them at all.

My wife is retired and is FAR from hard on her ring. She is very cautious with it and always takes it off in demanding situations. If these rings are of such high quality, why would stones keep falling out no matter how you where them? My advice: Go to a reputable jeweler and stay away from this deceitful company.

My husband and I have been back and forth with this company. We had custom engagement and wedding rings made for me. Three times now the small end gem has fallen out within 4 to 6 months of wearing the ring. I take care of it and do not wear it when doing anything physical. We have sent it back to them twice now and been back and forth asking that this mistake not happen again. Never have our questions been answered why this keeps happening or told how this problem can be fixed. We have had to pay for shipping at least once to have it repaired. We have not ever been assured this would not continuously happen, especially past the warranty. I have no assurance that if we get the ring replaced with one of their other rings that this won't also happen. It is so disappointing because it is such a beautiful ring. Frankly, this is NOT how I wanted to celebrate my marriage, sending my wedding band back and forth with a lack customer service or reassurance or even a sliver of trying to solve the issue on this company's end.

I have purchased a few earrings and a necklace and all have been of the best quality at a great price!

The ring exceed my expectations. The color, the fire, the size, everything is perfect. They delivered my ring earlier than I expected too.

Gorgeous rings! Both made flawlessly! Wonderful customer service! Wasn't my first purchase and definitely wont be my last.

This is my first purchase from Moissanite Co and I was very happy when I received it. The ring is just wow. I really appreciated the craftsmanship.

I am feeling great after receiving the eternity ring from Moissanite Co yesterday. They packed the ring in an astonishing box, it looked very elegant, and the mossy was sparkling. After looking at it, I fell in love with the product. Perfect product!
