I had so many questions and they were so helpful! I must have asked 50 questions over a period of 6 months or more bf we ordered the ring. The ring is exactly what we envisioned it to be. It's beautiful...stunning actually and we couldn't be happier with it. I believe that this is going to be the next greatest thing.bc people cannot tell the difference between stones...and you can get the setting you've always dreamed of along with the size/shape stone that you've always dreamed of for 1/4 of the price. Thank you for everything...and being so discreet with the delivery.

My fiance couldn't be more happy with her ring! The ring without a doubt looks better than 99.9% of the diamond ones I looked at and didn't cost nearly as much! I was very skeptical of buying moissanite, looked at hundred of diamonds in person and did months of research. You can spend 10k+ to get a 1 carat diamond that is nearly flawless in terms of the 4C's or you can spend a tenth of that and get a gorgeous moissanite rock that actually is! Couldn't be happier with the purchase and would recommend moissy to anyone!

I have never had such an awful experience with a company during a time that should be the happiest. I bought my fiancé's ring in December and proposed in April because of a family emergency and in less then two months the white gold is turning gold like she's had the ring for years and 2 side stones have came out! I contacted the company and they refused me a refund only a repair, why would I want to keep getting it repaired judging by the threads it's not only me that has had issues it's disgusting they rip people off with poor quality and poor craftsman rings. I am going this week to 2 other jewelers because I went yesterday and one of the jewelers said the entire ring was Moissanite but the side stones were supposed to be diamond.

I love this products through the store but they need a phone number for questions and issues as this causes a delay in ordering and some hesitation with many. I have bought several rings from them in the past and all were lovely work. The 4th ring I received (exchange for a larger stone) had a crooked head on it and I received it later than expected. They shipped it overnight and would not refund the shipping costs to me or back for the faulty item. Was not pleased. I still have credit on file so I would prefer to get a ring that I love and be taken care of for an item that had issues.

We've had our ring for about a month now. My wife gets tons of compliments on it. It is really quite beautiful. I was a little scared to spend over $1k on something I had never really had any experience with but after a lot of reading and YouTube videos I decided to take the plunge. I picked the 3 carat princess cut with 8 princess cut channel set side stones engagement ring with the matching princess cut wedding band. Its beautiful! I love it! Receive many compliments. I've had the ring about a month now and it's still beautiful. My ring took the longest time frame to receive and I was anxious to get it. I paid the additional $25 for overnight delivery and it shipped 2 weeks later on a Friday which had me wait until Monday to be delivered. I was slightly worried about the ring sitting in a facility over the weekend instead of being delivered next day.
