Everything went well selecting the ring and matching wedding band. The only small inconvenience was something about the order form formatting didn't allow for Google auto-fill.

After spending weeks searching for the style I wanted and asking DOZENS of questions, we were able to find a wedding set we could both agree on. I love my rings.

It would be nice to have a filter when searching, otherwise, it's a good experience. The only other suggestion I have is to provide a way to try on a style and return if it doesn't work for you. My engagement ring from 7 years ago is from MoissaniteCo and I love it. BUT, I smashed the center stone on a work trip and either needed a stone replacement or a new ring. We decided to go with a new ring and I was having a hard time deciding between two different styles on the site. The ring I purchased is gorgeous and exactly what I wanted, but it doesn't sit flush with my wedding band like my initial ring did. The process of returning the ring, paying for the return/restock, and ordering a new ring that I also don't know if it will fit properly was too cumbersome. I do want to reiterate that the product I received is truly stunning and the quality is excellent, there are just a few challenges when purchasing online what I hope is the last version of my engagement ring that I'll ever buy!

Elizabeth was wonderful and I have purchased before from moissanite.company and was very pleased. However the ring itself, the workmanship was outstanding solid and well done but the 9mm princess cut moissanite.co I ordered was ugly and cloudy. Nothing like the beauty I had seen on your Instagram or YouTube. I had even requested that it be hand selected. I have a vacation cz ring that has a better quality then the princess moissanite I purchased from the MoissaniteCo. I complained right away and even sent a picture. Unfortunately I needed the ring for my son's engagement party. I immediately went to my personal jeweler to have the stone replaced. The workmanship of the ring style was perfect and my previous purchases gorgeous. However, there needs to be work or training done on the cutting of the Moissanite Princess cuts stone.
I love this company and have been buying for close to a decade with you. The affirm option makes my purchases affordable. Cant wait to receive my new hand crafted piece.

I Love shopping with the MoissaniteCo Web Site. I can buy my jewelry in any metal color, and my jewelry arrives when scheduled and I love the Forever One sparkle. You have such a large selection of bands and even right hand rings. What a very nice way to do online jewelry shopping.
I think it would be wonderful for your company to get into gemstones, both genuine and lab created. How beautiful it would be to have a sapphire or even an Rhodolite Garnet included in my Forever One ring.

Really easy process
I am very satisfied with my shopping experience. My wife loves the ring! I reached out several times with questions. Craig and Elizabeth with customer service were excellent! Without a showroom to visit, though, it would be helpful if pictures of different stone sizes/shapes were available on the website when customizing a ring.
