My fiancee is extremely happy with her ring, and I am extremely happy with the price i paid and overall shopping experience.

The payment plan section is the only part that does not make much sense as there is no pay in full option. However, everything else was great!

I received my order and customer service was great but they shipped me the ring with the wrong size and told me there was no size on the order. My only concern is if there was no size on the order why wouldn't they contact me. The original email that I sent them said size 4 and 1/2 but I receive a size 7 so I had to send it back 4 resize

Customer Service that helped me get to this point were very quick and very informative. They answered all my questions and helped move the repair process along easily.
