While shopping for an engagement ring for my future wife, I discovered the idea of a diamond-alternative and much of the research pointed to moisaniteco.com as a preferred retailer among forum and review site members. I did my decision making and budgeting and contacted moissaniteco.com for advice and received thoughtful and complete answers very quickly. Upon ultimately making a purchase, I received my purchase quickly and discretely, as promised. Nothing to complain about here! As an added bonus, my wife has a huge rock on her hand that gets daily comments, while I still have money in my wallet.

I've purchased three items and am happy with all of them. One of the rings I selected had an issue with a stone falling out. After talking with one of their customer service reps I realized that the setting I had selected wasn't the best for my active lifestyle. They helped me select a better setting and I haven't had any issues with the ring. The stones are gorgeous and sparkle and everyone that sees them thinks that I have high quality diamonds. I love the jewelry and the customer service team respond quickly and try to make everything work out for all involved. I'll continue to buy from this when I am looking for my jewelry.

STUNNING! I lost a gorgeous custom diamond ring (about 4 carats total) at the beach several months ago. I had heard about Moissanite and did a good bit of research on-line to find the right company to make a replacement for me. Chris helped me design my new FB 3-stone emerald-cut ring with matching bands to go on either side -- he was so patient with me during the design process and answered every question and special request promptly. I LOVE LOVE LOVE MY NEW RINGS!
The only reason I gave 4 stars on the delivery was it took longer than expected -- but Chris was wonderful explaining the delay on their end and reassuring me. It was well worth the extra wait, believe me! I highly recommend this terrific company, and Chris in particular.

My fiancé and I were very skeptical to order my engagement ring online, but I fell in love with a ring I found on moissaniteco. I knew I wanted an emerald cut stone, but couldn't justify the cost of a real diamond. I did a lot of research on moissanite, and decided it was the perfect option. We ordered my ring, and had it within 2 weeks. It is absolutely stunning! The emerald cut stone is so clear. I have received so many compliments on my ring, and will be ordering the matching band soon!

Excellent customer service! Here's my experience: I had originally purchased a 6.5 mm cushion cut forever brilliant stone with a halo set (eng163b) for my now fiance because this was the type of cut that she liked. Unfortunately, I was unable to show her the ring immediately else spoil the "surprise." A couple months went by before I got my proposal opportunity. She was extremely happy with the ring at first but decided that she actually did not like the color of the cushion cut. Needless to say, I was a little bummed out because I knew that the returns window had passed some time ago. I immediately contacted moissaniteco to ask if anything could be done. I was lucky enough to come in to contact with a gentleman named Chris from the sales department. He was very helpful in explaining the differences in the cuts. Even though I was outside of the return time-frame, Chris allowed me to send the ring back and swap it out for a round forever brilliant. I've now received the ring back with the new stone and she loves it. I couldn't be happier with the customer service that I received from Chris and his help in getting the right stone for her. My questions were always answered the same day or if it was too late in the day, I would receive a response immediately the following day. I recommend contacting moissaniteco FIRST in helping you decide on a stone and set.
