International shipping was fast. Product looks as good as promised. They did additional verification when my credit card had a different billing address than my mailing address, which I think is good fraud protection.

I was planning to replace the moissanite with a diamond a few years down the line but I am going to keep the moissanite forever. I love it!
My husband purchased a wedding set for me as an anniversary gift. I was nervous about ordering a ring I'd never seen in person, but it all worked out more than fine! The original style we ordered came in, and while it was beautiful, the bands were a little too small and dainty for me. We decided to exchange it for a different style with thicker bands. I received the new rings 2 days before they were even supposed to arrive, and the new set is absolutely perfect! It is the most stunning ring I've ever seen. I can't believe it's mine! The cut is too shallow so it produces a girdle reflection. But the stone is white and otherwise clear.

The ring is a little heavy, too much gold and too bucky. The lab-created sapphire is pretty, but the color is little bit too light, not the cronflower blue as advertised.
