I have received my Custom 14k yellow gold FB Emerald Cut 3Stone Ring (10x8,5x3) which I had bezel set and hand engraved. The entire process (CAD, production and shipping) took about 1 month and it was worth the wait! I just want to especially thank Chris again who has been so great and patient with me and my so many changes during (and before) this entire purchase. The FB Emerald Cut is beautiful! Don't hesitate to purchase from this company - Customized per your design or one of the many beautiful items - you will surely not regret purchasing from MoCo!

The service was great. I was very undecisive for a LONG time, and customer service was very patient with me. I ordered an amora stone, which has a very very small blueish tint if you look really closely under sun light and an infinity pendant, both very beautiful.
The only thibg I think would make the site perfect would be a bettering the pictures, It would help so much to have real pictures, otherwise its hard to get an idea of real sizes.
Overall I 100% recommend the company to anyone looking for cheaper alternatives that DONT look cheaper.

I initially purchased my (or shall I say my fiancé to be's) engagement ring back in April, and in just now getting to writing this review because as of September, it is no longer in my possession, but hers.
After carefully searching several sites with no avail, I finally unearthed what I believed was the perfect ring for her on moissaniteco.com. We had talked before about how we both thought that a diamond alternative was the best decision for us and our budget, because we don't see the sense in blowing all of our wedding funds on an overpriced rock. So when I found the perfect setting (after days of searching) you can imagine how overjoyed I was when I looked and saw that it fell perfectly in our budget of $1000 AFTER selecting a 1.1 carat stone.
The ordering process was quick and easy, and I recieved the ring in about 3 weeks or so. The setting was perfect and I knew she would love it, but I decided to contact customer service and see if it was possible to get a slightly smaller center stone, but upgrade it to a Forever Brilliant one (this way is still be within our budget.) Custimer service was prompt in replying and getting me my RMA, and less than a week after they recieved the ring I once again had it in my possession.

Now on to the stone itself. Let me tell you, don't even bother trying to figure out if you want the upgraded stone or not. You do. She LOVES it and has encouraged me to include in this review, "that when I wash my hands my ring literally SPARKLES."
Now that I've gotten that promised mention out of the way, it's true. Whenever she washes her hands/ the ring gets wet, it looks AMAZING. We've had at minimum 12 people stop (who didn't know that she was recently engaged) remark on how beautiful it is within the first week of her wearing it.
Will I buy from this company again? Absolutely (in fact we're looking into wedding bands from them now :) firstly their customer service is superb, as good or better than any other company I've ever worked with in that regard. Secondly, their pricing is competitive, and often times cheaper than other companies. Thirdly, their selection is quite extensive, especially since the setting I was looking for was less run of the mill than what the fashion trends are now.

So the moral of the story: if you find that perfect ring here, the price will be worth it. If you're having second thoughts on diamond vs moissanite, don't. Everyone sees it and thinks it's a real diamond.
And make sure to go for quality over size. Forever brialliant (and forever one I'm assuming since they just debuted it) are the way to go.

I ordered a custom ring, special order for rose gold and switching out the stones. Trying to figure out how much everything would cost and how it would look was so easy - their customer service went above and beyond to make sure that I knew exactly what I was getting.

The ring itself is so intricate and beautiful. It's been almost a year since I bought it, and the ring is holding up quite well, the stones are pristine, and while the setting is detailed,it's also very study. Great value and beautiful ring!
