I created a custom piece with MoissaniteCo and their customer service/communication throughout the process was professional and fast. I have no complaints about experience with the process. Everything went without a hitch. I would highly recommend! I was nervous about the end product but upon receiving it, I am blown away by how beautiful it turned out to be. I even emailed the customer service team back after receiving my order to thank them for their patience and for exceeding my expectations! I hadn't intended on reaching back out unless something went wrong but I was so impressed, I just had to let them know. And thank you for how fast I received these. I was able to give these to my wife for our anniversary because of your quick turn around. She has a metal allergy and platinum is one of the few metals that don't irritate her skin. And now she's got beautiful matching earrings to her engagement ring that doesn't irritate her ears.
