Chris helped me design my engagement ring. He went above and beyond by helping me chose/find the style I was imagining. We ordered the 8mm cushion hearts and arrows forever one in a yellow gold setting and it's stunning. Good product, fair price. I did experience stones falling out of the mount (it happened three times). Albeit annoying and disappointing, they did replace the stones. I tried to contact someone by phone, but it appears all their business is conducted by e-mail.

Chris has been very helpful and patient with me! I recommend Moissanite Co, very highly. I will make to tell all my friends about the beautiful jewelry offered here. I can't wait to show off my ring!

I sent in my rings to be sized on the 21st of January, and after paying for expedited shipping both ways (greater than $200) and the sizing itself ($100) now, less than 30 days from when I got them back, a stone has fallen out! I am not happy, and now I'll be out another few hundred dollars if I decide to even bother sending it back there for repairs!

My experience so far has been great. I asked customer service a question and Chris got back to me in minutes. I am very thankful for his guidance and feedback.

I liked the ability to have a wish list and it was nice being able to sort by type when looking! You also have a great assortment of vintage settings! I was impressed with the quality and the speed of service, I love my ring!

I love this company. I ordered my upgraded wedding ring from here, it was beyond our expectation, it is so stunning. My sister absolutely loved it, she as had her eye on the ring i just ordered.
