To keep this review simple and honest, i will just make a summary of our experience. Customer service was excellent. We ordered the moissanite forever one separatetly, but then decided on one of the engangement rings. This is where we first contacted customer Service, Chris, who honestly gave us the best customer service we have ever had. Fast and simple responses and help. We got everything answered and ended sendingthe stone back and having it perfectly mounted in the setting. Quality ofthe product is incredible, the ring is excellent in quality and very high quality craftmanship. Shipping was fast and perfectly packaged. Overall so far a good experience. A large selection of very nice engagement rings at affordable prices. Some of the information was unclear or limited, but the multiple contact options provided a simple way to ask questions and get the information needed.
