My wife has loved all the rings I've bought from her. I'm not a big jewellery buyer but I've been happy with everything I've purchased for her.
After I recently lost a ring, my insurer let me choose who I wanted to work with for the replacement, and based on my past experiences with MoissaniteCo I knew I wanted to use them. Chris was AMAZING at answering all my many questions both before and after I selected my replacement. He deserves a lot of recognition for how responsive and patient he is with people. The ring itself is absolutely beautiful and very well made. I asked for some tweaks to their stock setting and these were done as well. The stones I chose for my replacement ring are a new item for MoissaniteCo.com, so I was not entirely sure what I was getting when I went with them, but I was pleased to see in person they are very white and incredibly lively. Chris and Mike also both went above and beyond to make that leap in getting these new stones a low risk for me in case I was not happy with them. While I am not sure whether or not I will need to take them up on their generosity at this point, I am very appreciative of their excellent customer service in that respect. In a world of online shopping, those personal touches do not go unnoticed. I am very happy I went with MoissaniteCo.com for my replacement, they turned a bad experience into a positve outcome, and would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future, or recommend them to others.

I purchased the two carat forever one solitaire in the Tiffany setting and I couldn't be happier. The quality far suppresses that of a real diamond, with zero guilt about supporting the industry. Not to mention the ring I'm wearing would be something I could never afford to own. I've had it for several months and I still catch myself staring at it in the sunlight. After browsing multiple moissanite sites, I found this one to have the best quality and prices. I will definitely be planning an upgrade for our five year.
