I could write wonderful reviews daily for this company! The ring is MORE beautiful than in the pictures, and the delicate attention to detail makes it so fantastic (I got a 3 carat round halo ring split shank). I can not function without this ring on my finger. Quick delivery and great at responding to emails... I could not be happier. Also, your sale section is amazing too! Thank you MoCo for allowing me to get the ring from my dreams without breaking the bank. Beautiful, just BEAUTIFUL!

I have heard many things about moissanite stones prior to conducting a deeper investigation into the pros and cons of a moissanite ring. Once I became an advocate of the precious gem I decided that purchasing a moissanite instead of a diamond was the far better value and ethical choice for me as a consumer.

The number of choices almost made it too difficult in choosing the right ring! Once the ring showed up at my door I was so excited to check it out myself before giving it to my GF as an engagement ring. It was magnificent and incredibly stunning. I knew this was something that I could be proud to give to someone that I love.

I contacted MoissaniteCo in mid 2015 in reference to having a custom one of a kind heart shaped wedding set made. I spoke to Chris via email and he was very helpful with everything. Unfortunately things kept coming up and I had to keep postponing having my ring made. In early 2016 I was finally able to have it done. Chris kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. I sent them my sketch of what I had in mind and they sent me back their rendering and it was perfect. When I approved of it they started to build my ring. I received my ring only 2 weeks later and it is BEAUTIFUL and it is so well made! I'm a perfectionist and can't stand crooked prongs. There was not a single crooked prong on it and all stones were set very well. Whoever made my ring takes pride in their work! I couldn't be happier with my ring or my decision to use MoissaniteCo! I will buy from them again without a doubt! Thank you Chris and everyone who was involved in the creation of my ring!

Chris was helpful in designing my custom ring. It was difficult getting an accurate delivery date estimate from anyone. When I got the ring, I noticed that they used smaller, and more, side stones/diamonds on the band than what we had discussed (I provided an exact image of the band I wanted recreated) which definitely dulls the sparkle of the ring. I would have returned it and had it made properly had my fiancé not have removed the security tag. In addition, the center stone is a lot more yellow than I thought it would be for a forever brilliant, which leads me to believe that they may have given me a forever classic. The center stone is also very loose. If I tap on it or shake my hand, I can hear the diamond moving.

I have had mostly good experiences with Moissaniteco.com, however I have had 3 stones chip, settings come lose, and lost a prong...leading to a lost stone as well as the arrival of a dead stone on a new ring. These issues have not been properly addressed. I appreciate the weight of gold put into the jewelry, and I love the sparkle. My very favorite purchase to date is a custom ring. The customer service was fantastic and the ring is beautiful! Many of the pieces I own from moissaniteco.com are simply perfect.

I've had my Amora Moissanite for over 4 years and it's as beautiful as it was the day I got it. I may never buy a diamond again with the beauty and peace of mind moissanite brings. I think Moiss. & Co service is excellent! I do wish return policies for special orders and restocking fees were a little more flexible just for peace of mind (again) as this is a website based business and we can't see/try them in real life. Happy customer right now, nonetheless.
