We had a shipping issue, and I have to say the folks worked extra hard to make us happy. After wearing our rings nearly 5 months, we couldn't be more pleased. My Alexandrite and Moissanite wedding set gets attention all the time. Both because having a birthstone in my wedding set is unique, and the moissanite side stones are so gorgeous! It is the perfect size for my small hand, and looks so elegant. The mountings are well made and comfortable. We love this store and will return for more purchases. I'm SO over "Diamonds".

My review is based on my relationship with Moissanite Co. Since 2016. From 2016 until now I have ordered several pieces from them totalling $6,214.80 USD (according to my account history). Up until this year I've had an absolute pleasant experience with them. There have been times I contacted them and they've been very professional, responsive, and always focusing on customer satisfaction. However, in the late fall 2020 I ordered a ring as a gift for Christmas. I also received a ring as a gift for Christmas. Both were ordered from Moissanite Co. The ring I received as a gift came with a very noticeable defect. I contacted Moissanite Co. And they were absolutely wonderful. They covered the cost of return shipping, fixed the defect, and sent the ring back making it so that I did not have to pay the $100.00 duty tax the second time. Regarding the ring that I purchased as a gift, in April of 2021 a stone fell out. This ring was only worn a handful of times between January'21 to April'21, spending majority of it's time in a jewellery box. I felt the stone falling out was due to poor craftsmanship and contacted Moissanite Co. They offered to fix the ring at no cost, but told me I would have to pay to ship it to them. I wholeheartedly disagreed with that as the stone falling out was not the wearer's fault. It was poor craftsmanship from Moissanite Co. As the ring was given as a gift, I relented and sent it back to be repaired; the shipping was a little over $40.00 CAD. To receive the ring back from FedEx I had to pay $106.00 CAD. I contacted MoissaniteCo asking them to refund the $106.00 CAD as I felt it should have been sent back with no cost of duty to me. Again, the stone falling out was due to poor craftsmanship on Moissanite Co.'s part. They did not respond. I followed up twice, and no one has responded. As a loyal customer for five years, it was extremely disrespectful. Their lack of response sent a message that they do not value my customer relationship nor me as a customer. I will be ordering my jewellery from other retailers going forward, I suggest the person reading this does the same – especially if you're not from the USA and your shipments will acquire duty taxes.

My wife absolutely loved the earrings. The quality was high and the stones sparkled. I plan to order more from them.

I was hesitant to purchase my ring online, because I have very thin fingers and was scared to commit to a ring that doesn't suit my hands. But it turned out better than I EVER expected! Originally I thought I knew what I wanted but after reaching out and explaining what I like they were so helpful and sent me many options to look at. I fell in love with the WED001-EM. Me and my fiancé are so happy with our purchase. Not only was the customer service amazing but the turnover was nice and short. I loved working with the people at MoissaniteCo. Do not hesitate, the craftsmanship is beautiful, you'll be very happy with the product, I keep staring at mine haha.

I absolutely love my ring! I was doing research on moissanites for a long time! The stone is stunning I get compliments on my ring all the time! The sparkle is out of this world I also got my wedding band from moissaniteco also! Moissaniteco are great! I will definitely be ordering from them again!

I upgraded my wedding ring after 9 years. My Moissanite is stunning. My diamond doesn't compare. I would recommend Moissaniteco.com

This is my second purchase within a month, and I couldn't be happier with the level of service I receive. MoissaniteCo rushed the order so I could get it in time for a birthday present.

We ordered a loose 2.5 carat round stone and set it in a tiffany mounting and put it together with two diamond eternity bands. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out, even the owner of our local jewelry store didn't know is wasn't a diamond. When I told my jeweler it was a moissanite he said it was the best one he'd ever seen. My stone always tests positive as a diamond and I've never been questioned about it's authenticity. It's an amazingly beautiful stone and we will absolutely purchase more. The staff was wonderful and very helpful and always availble to answer my questions. If you're still undecided, take a chance on moissanite, you will not be disapointed.

I just wanted to tell you that I received the eternity ring yesterday and am in love! The ring came out exactly the way I wanted and it's very, very comfortable! :) But what blows me away the most is how sparkly the moissys are! I have a new found respect for moissanite.

Great quality and I love the options for earring backing. I got the push lock so that I won't lose them.

The ring was nice, but the service is poor. After twelve days making the ring apparently no-one realized it was the wrong design! I Had to propose with the wrong ring and explain to my fiancé that they screwed up, were making the new one, and I would have to send that one back. Obviously she was very disappointed. It took over 5 weeks to get here when it should have been less than half that! You would think a company like this would go above and beyond to fix this mistake, but all I got from them was a very inscensir apology. I am very unsatisfied with how little effort they put in to make this right.

While I love my eternity ring from MoissaniteCO which my husband gifted me on our wedding day, I am not satisfied.
I have had my wedding band for 14 months and this is the 3rd stone that came out. Just two months ago was the 2nd time and here we are again. The 1st time happened right after my wedding! I work at a desk and don't do any extreme work where I'm bumping the ring or hitting it against something. This is very frustration to not be able to enjoy my wedding ring.

And now the ring is no longer under warranty and to get it repaired through them is a nightmare. They are throwing hidden fees that wasn't communicated and you can't speak with anyone on the phone. You can only email or live chat but the live chat is down and now I have to wait for a response.

I just want to enjoy my wedding ring!

Needless to say because of this incident they have lost my husband and I as customers. I own other moissanite jewelry which my husband purchased form Charles & Colvard and have not had ONE issue with them. I guess we should have gotten my wedding band from them as well. Lesson learned.
