I have ordered four pieces from Moissanite Co over the past 6 years and my experience has always been exceptional! From the quality of the pieces, to the attentive customer service, you can feel assured that you will have a wonderful experience.

The pictures don't reflect what some products look like. Be sure to read the carat weight and research what they will look like once made. But the quality appears good.

Chris along with Robyn have been most helpful with answering several questions about color and stone classification for this Forever One purchase, as well as follow ups.

Was simple.

The product shipped from NV to NJ in about 1 day but then sat at FedEx warehouse in NJ for 3 days. Annoying but maybe out of your control.

The wedding band didn't fit with the engagement ring. It was purchased in a set. Even though the company said to return both rings to have them fix it, it wasn't enough time to the wedding. We ended up taking the rings to a local jeweler and had them customize to make the rings fit together.

Returning customer. I am very impressed of the with MoissaniteCo. One of the best experience(Chris from customer service) is I like a set but with Forever One diamond which the option is not available. Customer service provided a special link so it gives you that option. Very happy with my first purchase. Now getting Earrings for my wife, for her birthday.

Reward points from previous purchase never showed up on account. Not sure if they expired.
