They charge me 300 dollars to unlock an IPhone, few weeks later they told me that the phone was hardlocked by the carrier and can't be unlocked, but never reimburse what I had paid even after I sent multiple emails requesting it

Poor communication. They don't reply when you have queries. Happy to take your money. Says if they can't unlock your phone they issue a full refund. I want my money back. Instead they give me a credit note so that I can unlock another phone with them. Why on earth do they think I will use them again!? Such an unprofessional company and they bend the rules of their own policy. Just issue me my refund. You have my bank details. Avoid. They respond and challenge straight away when you leave a negative feedback online on trust pilot. Cheeky people.

When for pay 14$ it is just to evaluate if your phone can be unlocked. After that to unlock your phone you must pay a lot more $42 up to $200. Not clear in the adviser. They're just thieves.
Go to another more serious company who will not try to scam you.

As a customer, it is disappointing to not receive any response or update from the customer support team regarding a network unlock request for my iPhone 11. I had reached out to them with my concerns and requested for an update on the status of my request, but have not received any reply or update.

I had placed my order two days ago and according to the order status on their website, the progress of my IMEI is at 99% and is taking longer than expected. As a customer, I understand that busy periods can make the unlocking process slower, but I would appreciate a response from the team regarding the delay.

Ask 5$ to pay for mobile check, after said ready to unlock, please pay 15$, I paid, then it checked something and said I must pay 42$ more. Fraud!

SCAM! Do not order from them. They said I need unlocking app(what?) which they do not provide. Took the money and won't refund. They gave me "coins" to use it again but they cannot unlock the phone so what the *** I'm doing to do with that? A**holes

I paid for them to unlock my phone, then I realized ny carrier do it for free. Then I tried to cancel and ask for refund, they basically said that once you paid, there's no way to get your money back unless they decide they can't do the service. Total scam.

Bunch of scammers. Paid them a huge amount of money since last year for a code to unlock my phone and still haven't received anything. Their communication is poor and I've asked for my refund but obviously no answer. This dodgy company needs looking at and put down. Avoid!

Ordered a phone unlock. Paid for it. No issues with phone or provider. Instead got a status report. And now pay more to unlock it. Complete bull$#*!

Avoid, they claim the initial charge is just to see if they can unlock the phone. This isn't made clear or stated anywhere on the order page but they cover themselves by having in the T&C. Then once the code is ready they want a further 34£ to release the unlock code. Complete scam.

Not sure if it's a scam, I've ordered unlock my iphone 3 days ago from mobileunlocks.com but it's still in process. The website says the process will take 1-24 hours when I order it. I have emailed them yesterday asking for refund but haven't got any response. I've just emailed them again. Be careful with website. And another tricky thing is that when you choose unlock phone button, you will be given status check order instead of Unlock.

On the home page, you enter your IMEI number and the company to which your phone is locked. You then go in to their payment page and give them the fee previously quoted ( in my case £12.99). After a couple of hours, they then ask for details to verify your identity (driver's licence, passport etc) and, once you have provided this, they come back requiring a further £24.00 before they will give you the code you need. It, therefore, will set you back over £35 to get the codes required, rather than the £12.99 you are led to believe it will cost. In most cases, this is more than the worth of the 'phone. BE WARNED - this is just a scam.

I am still in dispute with them after 2 weeks without a phone as the unlock codes did not work.
I have sent them no less than 17 emails as I have not had even so much as a confirmation that they are dealing with the issue of the wrong unlock codes being sent out.
The only thing I will say that I am pleased about with them, is that I could pay with Paypal so that I am covered by them with their buyer protection policy.
If you are considering using mobileunlocks.com, then I suggest you use Paypal to pay also. At least you have a chance at getting your money back by doing so.

In my experience? They are just another one of the many fraudulent unlock companies out there that just take your money and when they've done this to enough people, they'll shut down and keep the cash.

Never thought that getting Unlock code for a phone will be so fast and easy. I have checked 4-5 sites for unlocking and mobileunlocks.com were cheapest and fastest. To be honest i got my code in just 10 minutes flat. And they even offer full refund if code doesn't works. Now that's something which no one else does. Others will say make sure you give right IMEI no. And we won't be able to do refund and stuff like that. But i was convinced in just 5 minutes with them.

I got my Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini( I8190N) which was locked with O2 in a best possible way. Thanks a lot mobileunlocks.com team.
