Used this service to unlock a 2017 iPhone 7. Simple and easy to follow process.

Costs required to be paid out in 2 stages which meant checks are done to ensure phone/IMEI not blacklisted before second payment requested to enable the unlock process to be started

Costs clearly explained and FAQs are very helpful.

Ok so I gave them a ring ******* ******* (this is the mobile if anyone wants it). They explained that the systems held at Rackspace were down and for me to try later. I wrote back and explained I would be using a different one as I didn't want to wait and good luck with Rackspace. I didn't ask for or imply that I wanted my money back but received 4 separate emails telling me how I wasn't entitled to it and if I wanted my phone unlocked it would cost me a further £38. Now I am getting pure emails telling me about other products they want me to buy. I went to UnlockRiver and it was done for the price quoted within the time given, they didnt promise immediate response and it came back in about 10 hours but worked a treat and was a darn sight better service.

Their email also stipulates and points to their elaborate Terms and Conditions which have all sorts of cop out clauses.

Personally I wont be using them ever again and I would advise anyone to use the myriad of other good reputable companies out there

Code worked and very clear instructions. If needed, another phone unlocked, would use this service again.

Took 5 days to unlock phone, but eventually got it done.

They contacted me after 4/5 days of entering wrong sim unlock codes and hard locked it permanently!

Although it took 5 days to unlock issues with it they kept informed what was happening

They first told me it will cost $29, then they ask for $45 more, and days later when I'm still waiting for it to be finished, they tell me they need $180 more! Total waste of my time and money!

I thought it was easy to do and a lot quicker than taking to a shop but I did also think the price was misleading at the beginning. You end up paying 3 amounts of money one was £5.99 then £11.99 then £26

I paid to have my phone unlocked and it didn't work. My phone is still locked and MobileUnlocks is not responding to my emails. Would not recommend them at all.

Service i paid for was SIM UNLOCKED
I paid $14.99 for checks then my iphone was clean.
They say i need to pay for standard service was was around $45.00. The result was unsuccessfully.
Asked me to pay for $200.00 usd for premium service which turn out to be a total unsuccessfully.
They even say it was BLACKLISTED while in the checks from the beginning it was CLEAN which i paid for $15.00.

I ask them for refund they gave me a credit Note. Of $245.00.

Why in the hell will i use the company again. This is a fraud.
Instead they could easily refund it to my bank account.
And when you email them they dont respond.
Please! Please! Please! Be aware of this website its total scum.

All good, as in order. In the beginning I wasn't to sure about the company and product.
Now, from deep of my heart I can say all as in order and all works perfect good.

They ask you to pay multiple times but still cannot unlock the phone. This is not an unlocking service. It is a scam service.

My browser refreshed and I was charged twice but they haven't responded to email or phone message ( answer service due to "high number of calls"). I also not impressed that initially the quote is £11.99 …which once you pay you are then told you need to pay another £24 … I'm not impressed with the way they do their business

Needed my old s10 unlocked which was on a old contract of mine. Simply clicked the link paid and within 15 minutes I had my code and instructions, couldn't ask for any more.
