My mom had an old flip phone with Rogers that for the life of me she could not part with when we moved her services to Telus. It being so old needed an unlock code and required a search on the internet for the right service provider. Fortunately, I came across MobileUnlocks who was able to provide a code within 4 business days. Frankly, I thought it would take longer. Keep in mind that this a two step/ payment process. First they verify they verify that the phone can be unlocked then they start the process of providing the code.
I'm amazed on how well this process went! At the beginning I was a little skeptical about it, but in the end it was a pleasant experience. I'm very happy because I did not have to go to some place to get my phone unlocked. The process was very smooth from beginning to end. I was informed at all times on how the process was going. And it took a lot less than the estimated time. One thing I would recommend is that Mobile Unlocks be more clear on how much it is going to be the total cost of the service on the beginning. But overall I'm satisfied and would recommend this service to friends and family.
Scammer of the first order; Fake non refundable "eligibility checks" with bogus result (I know for a fact the sim is not connected to a network and neither is it a clean account). Stay far away from it.
Fast and efficient great service would highly recommend to everyone I know, fully trust worthy
Thought it was a scam but thay were genuinely a legitimate site even had £10 refunded back after it wos all sorted
Amazing service don't trust other cheaper sites they are a waste of money, come to MobileUnlocks for a guaranteed service
Very easy, quick way to unlock your phone. Highly recommend. Also kept up to date with the process.
Hubby is not good with technology! His phone was so old the on/off key became detached making his phone unusable. Luckily for him I had an old phone I no longer used. Unluckily for him it was on a different network requiring me to get it unlocked for him.
Mobile Unlocks saved the day, they provided excellent and very speedy service. The instructions they provided were easy to follow and understand and the unlock was successful very easily. Hubby saved!
I was able to get what I needed done. I was just a little surprised that it cost more than I had originally thought. Granted, it was stated, but it was in small type and harder to see on the first page. Thankfully they were able to do what they said they could do.
The service was very easy and fast to use. I cannot fault that. I did feel that the way that you are charged is a bit misleading as you pay for one service and then to complete it, you are asked for a second payment which I didn't think was very clear.
I visited Turkey in 3/2023 and while there, i tried to use my iPhone 12 mini with Turk Telekom company to use while visiting but the people at the store in Turkey tried to add eSIM to it but in the process they locked the phone to Turk Telekom and now i'm back in the USA and found out my phone is locked to their service.
I found mobileunlocks.com online and they said they can unlock it for me and here's what happened:
1. Charged me $28.99 to unlock my phone
2. Charged another $45 for no reason to continue unlocking my phone
3. Made me wait for 1 week and you who knows if you even did anything during that week
4. After one week, you sent me a notice to say "sorry we cannot unlock your phone"
5. Use a bogus term of "Hard Locked" which no one knows what it means to justify scamming me for $74
The refuse to issue my a refund and only issued what they call "credit note" to use only on their website which i will never use. I asked them many times to to refund the money to my credit card but they refused.
I followed instructions to check my phone was compatible. The site said it was ok, but said I now owed £12, when I paid then I received the tracking link which said I had to pay another £35!
Having no choice but to unlock, I paid and they sent the code about 2 days later. Everything else was streamlined, but it felt underhanded to not be upfront about the total cost. I think it's tricky business rather than dishonest.
Was skeptical at first, but that was due my not reading the process before I started, if I had I would have realized that a second email was coming that I had to follow. Once I did however, the process was quick and easy. The iPhone I was unlocking was from the USA and I was unlocking for use in Canada but they handled the process quick and easy for me. My advice, read the process before you start so you don't waste time like I did.
Sent two emails on my issue to customer support and received zero feedback. Would not recommend. There are also what I would call hidden fees. Not satisfied.

Answer: I used a site called www.unlockriver.com who delivered in a timely fashion and didn't have hidden costs
