Hidden additional costs. They should be more up frount with how much it costs to get the phone unlocked in the end it was close to £100.

Easy to use kept me updated took a little longer but kept updated all done very pleased with company I would recommend them

My daughter accidentally chose an unlocked phone which she bought refurbished.
Luckily this service was available and the phone was unlocked, remotely, from the comfort of home in about half an hour.

No reply to my e mail advising them my device is not asking for unlock code that they provided.
They attempted to get paid twice from my credit card even though it may be their system error which I doubt.

Initially skeptical which ended in being pleasantly surprised. No contact number only email but In the end a god response

Web page made it seem so quick and simple. It was not clear the initial cost was only a feasability test and there was more most once it was approved which it is unlikely it would not have been.
Then after the initial cost and advert saying as little as 15 minute unlocks mine took over a week. I realise this is not all there fault but they say they respond to all messages of which I sent two and got no replies.
Beware of the Costs and time involved as it turns out this probably would have been cheaper and quicker through a high street shop.
It was sorted so thank you in the end though.

I never get my phone unlocked. I message him 4 to 5 times with no response. We replied one time and said what was your device saying when you put the SIM in and I told him and never got anything back after that and message him one more times after that to see my phone still is not unlocked after paying almost $120 still nothing. So this company does not do what they say at all and I will never recommend this coming to anybody ever again because clearly it's a scam

This is the dodgiest company I have ever dealt with. Please, don't get sucked in by the low rate. There are other costs involved, which are much higher. Unfortunately, their pricing policy is not transparent, you don't get to see the cost of unlocking your phone, unless you're already committed. On their web page there are hardly any negative reviews. Positive reviews are most probably from bots and/or themselves, not from satisfied customers, as there are none.
My situation: guaranteed unlock $14,99usd, to get the codes $83usd. After three weeks they wrote back that my phone is hard-locked and I need to get a remote technician for another $172usd ($98usd credit towards this). I refuse to give somebody remote access to my phone and computer. They refuse to give a refund, they refer to their ridiculous terms & conditions, full of legal jargon and court threats. Company doesn't reply to emails when contacted. (wrote several, last email I wanted to know a guaranteed cost of unlocking my phone - no reply) There's no mention where the company is based. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE UNLOCKED WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY FOR SURE.

Do what they say and more came through for me on an old contract phone

They practically scammed me I lost more than 100 dollars they do not unlock remotely they call providers to unlock for free and they have not looked for a solution to unlock me and remove iCloud they are not honest with us they do not unlock remotely do not lose your money please it is a scam. Don't trust them now they have given me a credit note and they can't refund my money. I need a refund and I'll try to find a page to block the mobile unlocks page, they can't scam more people.

Had to make several payments not just the one advertised, although it did work

Asked for unlock codes for a zte wf20 and received no instructions after sending the codes. So basically spent over 40 dollars for absolutely nothing
