I am pleased with the outcome, after an hour i got my phone unlocked which I am extremely satisfied with. The one reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5, is because I made my payment thinking there was no other payment. To then have another payment to make. I would prefer to just make an overall payment.
I had no issues with using this service. Main thing is to have all the information you need and unlocking from the network provider will be quite quick.
Already i send an email with attached video as request and request refund my 15+85USD = 100USD.
But no feedback i feel its scammers. My 100 usd is going my mobile still look.
I have just changed providers not paying any attention to my phone being locked in to EE who I wanted away from so I arranged for this company to unlock it EE are not the best at what they do in my opinion so I was very pleased that phonelocks after a bit of difficulty successfully managed it Mobileunlocks did the business well done
Yes unlocked my phone a treat but the second charge did sting a bit once you have paid first charge nothing says there is a second hit or they will not go any further?
Total Rip Off. I ended up paying them for a service that failed that I later got free. They are taking money from the vulnerable and elderly and not delivering. A pity they aren't UK based. If they were, I'd use U K laws to to try and stop them fooling others.

This service includes fees that are not explained when starting the process. It initally seemed that the price was $25, but the final fee was about $70.
Charge £11 just to check your phone is 'eligible' to be unlocked and then a further £26 to actually give you the code! Avoid!
Took slightly longer than expected to get the codes but worked all the same. Handy web page keeps you updated so you know where you stand.

Awful, I paid the fees and had to wait 4 days to then be given codes that didn't work!
Spoke with David who told me I would have to purchase again to receive new codes if I wished to try again.
He then replied "We can refund you £10 if that will help?"
The process cost me £47.99 with nothing to show for it!
My advice would be your take your mobile to a shop so you can interact face to face with a person go get your device unlocked. Online you can be discarded easily when it doesn't work.
Lesson learned for myself in the future.
Was skeptical at first but as time progressed they unlocked the phone as requested remotely which was useful since I didn't know the carrier the phone was locked to plus it was convenient for the priced associated with each service step
They are not the cheapest but I've used them before and the unlocking had to go back to Apple for a refurbished iPad that I had purchased, and Mobile Unlocks kept me informed all the way through - when I received the email saying the iPad was unlocked, as expected my iPad was unlocked!

In actual fact it's €38 which is fair price however it's only fair if you need the service my phone was unbeknown to me unlocked I bought it second hand I paid The fee of €11 then I reviewed email demanding €27 to unlock what a con mobileunlocks knew my phone was unlocked yet they continue through the process just to rip me off! I am Furious they state no refund for a mistake as they have bills to pay yes agreed take the €11 but don't con people that's disgusting so please folks do all checks possible turned out the phone simply had a problem with the simm window not fitting as it was bent slightly mobileunlocks knew my phone was unlocked from the start yet they ripped me of for the full amont when they should of been happy to win €11 fir nothing do not use this company!
This unlocks service was so easy it's possible a child could do it don't pay a fee of 30 40 or even 50 do it yourself with this amazing platform mobile unlocks.com it's fantastic thank you
Managed to unlock phone that had bee out of use for 5+ years. Would have preferred an indication of total cost upfront rather than a drip feed of escalating costs at each of the three stages. Almost abandoned exercise thinking it was a scam.
Very efficient no problems at all. Would use this service again and recommend to other people
