Firstly we need to pay just to check if IMEI can be unlock or not, price around $14 USD.

Secondly they will contact in stated the your mobile be unlock, and need to proceed for next payment for them to proceed to unlock the phone, price around $58 USD. Waiting time 2 days.

Thirdly, they email you that your phone is unable to unlock and credit note was given which is valued at $5 USD and will offer to buy their software and cable to do the unlocking, reason is the phone is hard locked by Singapore which is priced at $79 USD. I have not made the third payment.

No contact option or customer service on their website. Emailed them but no reply from them.

Please avoid this company, waste of time and money.

My phone was locked to the carrier due to phone not being paid off and I knew that from the start. I had to pay for premium but I wish I could pay for premium to start and not waste 2 days to get to premium payment. I emailed the company 2 times and they they responded within a few hours saying don't worry it will be done. I did not think it would work and thought this was a waste of time and a scam as the estimated time was not moving in real time. Woke up one morning knowing I had 4 more days to go per the ETA the night before and it said phone unlocked! Tried the other carrier sim and phone was in fact unlocked. Be patient with the process because it will work, it worked for me at least.
Was a little pricey but I'm still happy with the end result.

Provided a good service and got the job done. My only complaint would be a lack of transparency with the pricing.
I paid an amount to find out who the phone was locked to. (It was an unlocked phone originally and had become locked.)
I then got a figure for unlocking it, which turned out to be a fee to check it could be unlocked. Then got a further fee to actually unlock it.
I probably would have paid this if I'd have known upfront, but instead had to google around to make sure I wasn't being scammed.

They claim Verizon unlock take longer times and other unlock providers take 8 weeks which is not my problem as they fail to unlock in the specified time frame
Also the time counting in there system is not accurate
Now they need another 24 hours to unlock which will never happen
Also they doesn't refund your money and they only offer a coupon to use only in their website

The price is misleading you have to pay for a credit check and then for the actual service you which isn't very clear, I had some issues getting my phone unlocked but I found the customer service to be very responsive, and in the end I did get my phone unlocked

Easy process just took a bit longer than expected.

I wasn't told about the second payment. Overall a great experience though I would definitely recommend

Paid $28.99 for them to tell me my phone was able to be unlocked. Then charged another $45 for the codes. After waiting over 2 days, they said it requires a cable unlock and that costs an additional $79! They tried to act like they were hooking me up and said I have a $45 credit to the site so it would only cost me another $34 to unlock it. Now they won't answer my emails. I'm not paying it because I'm sure it'll be another charge after that. I let then scam me twice. I'm just gonna eat the $79 I already spent and I'm done with these $#*!s. Do yourself a favor and avoid these crooks

Beware, this is 100% fraud, you will never get your money back and they will never respond to you ever, it's scam, they have no contact info and they never reply emails, stay away

This company is totally scam, forst they said it will be unloked/cheked for 14 bucks then they came back saying i need to pay 45 more which i did and now they said i need to pay 245 because its under contract which is not, stay away guys, waste of time,and energy, i am just waiting now for transaction to be posted on my card so i can file dispute and get my money back from scammers, stay away before you burn here

I did not receive IMEI code. I dont need cash note. I need my money back instead. I been trying to make a dispute to the bank for about a few weeks now

They advertise they can unlock a phone in 15 minutes for $14.99 but thats just for the precheck and then they milk you for $45 more dollars, 3 weeks pass and they still couldn't unlock it and now are requesting I pay for thier premium service and want more money! 100% scammers please don't buy from this wabsite they are scammers for unlock motorola device they ask $75 device is not even worth $99 and you have to pay first $15 and then they ask $60 so beware

This company needs to be shut down! I don't understand how they keep scamming people and are allowed to continue on and on with it! I want to know #1 how to get my full refund because I am not going to spend "the final payment" of $47.00 after spending $28.99 which is what I thought the cost was to begin with then they are going to ask for more money after the $47 "final payment". They sent me an email with my device model (Motorola) and model number at the top of it then by the end of the email they were saying that I had a Samsung S20...WHAT? I just want my $28.99 back. I won't spend more than that on this site! Glad I didn't! Hope no one else does! I hope they get shut down completely because someone's getting rich off this crap and it's not right at all! They haven't gotten a good review in the last YEAR AND ARE STILL ACTIVELY SCAMMING PEOPLE! UNBELIEVABLE! After one month I have the info I should have had inmediately: My phone is hard locked and need cable unlock. They made me pay for a service they knew they were not able to provide me... and made me wait for one month watching the "inminent unlock" on the screen. The final solution is to use a software that originally does not work from its server: SAMKEY. No support for that, I had to find the software in the SAMKEY.ORG page. By the way, the service cost half the price I paid directly on that page. I paid twice the price for the benefit of doing it myself.
By the way, the program is infected wuth a blacklist malware and does not work, you always have to pay again and again, for each and every time it crashes by its own. And crashes very often

I hope they get what they deserve. They make this world a bit nastier.
