After one month I have the info I should have had inmediately: My phone is hard locked and need cable unlock. They made me pay for a service they knew they were not able to provide me... and made me wait for one month watching the "inminent unlock" on the screen. The final solution is to use a software that originally does not work from its server: SAMKEY. No support for that, I had to find the software in the SAMKEY.ORG page. By the way, the service cost half the price I paid directly on that page. I paid twice the price for the benefit of doing it myself.
By the way, the program is infected wuth a blacklist malware and does not work, you always have to pay again and again, for each and every time it crashes by its own. And crashes very often

I hope they get what they deserve. They make this world a bit nastier.

They will charge you $25 to lure you in then they will say you passed the check and to unlock it you need to pay another $45. After you paid that, they will tell you they can not unlock your phone and will only give you store credit.

They charge 14.99 USD to tell you they can unlock the phone, then you have to pay 86.99 USD for them to actually unlock it.
After 5 days they sent me a message saying they couldn't unlock the phone with the carrier but not worry because the phone will get unlocked. 3 days later they sent another email saying they couldn't do it because the phone is hardlocked. Wich is a lie and I have proof of this. I called the carrier and unlocked the phone under 20 minutes. They won't give me my money back.
They will reply inmmediately to a bad review but will take several emails to send back a threatening emails if you were to request your money back.
Please don't work with this company. It is a scam

Scam alert! They will make you think you are paying to unlock your phone but they are going to ask another payment in the next step without knowing ahead. They are misleading people. I wished I have looked at the reviews first.

They advertise mobile unlocks for $15, yet they charged my card 3x for it. Then they emailed me saying it would cost another $70 to actually unlock the phone. After writing a couple angry emails, they responded saying that they would give me a refund. They didn't end up reversing the charges nor did they unlock my phone. I will be filing for a chargeback with my bank and once I find out the country they are based out of (the bank will tell me as this isn't available on their site) I will be contacting the authorities there as this company is a scam and should not be allowed to scam people anymore. Do things the right way and just contact your phone carrier to unlock your phone!

Initially, I purchased their IMEI unlocking service, as advertised for $14.99, this was a gimmick for an eligibility checker and to upsell you for another product... Very misleading and a very shady business practice. I was then prompted to purchase standard service for an additional $45.00, of which I did... " I said, hey, I'm already invested so as long as they get the phone unlocked. However, this was another gimmick for them to upsell me to another service, which probably doesn't work. So to my surprise, they couldn't unlock the phone. They then attempted to upsell me again for the premium service which cost $285.00, so I refused and asked them for a cash refund. They tried to issue me with a useless credit note for their website for $60.00 dollars... It literally is useless, I WANT MY REFUND OR UNLOCK MY PHOHE>>> SIMPLE... I've emailed them multiple times but did not get a response, horrible customer servce and very dodgy... This company is a SCAM, they failed to deliver the promised service. I would stay clear of these guys and their shady business practices, which btw are a clear violation of consumer rights. I demanded a full refund of the $60.00 and I still haven't received a response to my email... Very shady company... These guys are scammers who are clearly conning anyone who uses their so-called service, if it actually works. I will be filing a report with the FTC about this organisation... i hope all of this was worth $60.00 or delivering the service as promised.

The website seems to be designed to mislead users to believe that an unlock costs 14$ however, after paying the initial 14$, users are advised they need to pay an additional 41$ to complete the transaction.

Once I accessed the site and input my information and requested an unlock only then is there subtle indication that there will be another 41$ charge to complete the transaction. It's not obvious. Make no mistake, it's not obvious by design, by purpose. If they were upfront that an unlock would cost over 50 dollars, most users would search out a more cost effective unlocking provider (there are so many).

They lead you to believe that the first payment they ask for IS the unlocking fee and unless you read the "terms and conditions" rather than just check it as most (myself included) will do you don't realize you've been misled until after they do their eligibility checks and then request "final payment"! The "final payment"is more than twice the original payment making this an expensive option to unlock your phone! VERY MISLEADING! IM VERY UNHAPPY!

Make sure to read the fine prints before paying from the beginning. The initial charge is not the full charge and you have to pay more once they verify the phone is not stolen/IMEI/other info.

It is not going to be 24 hours turnaround (at least for me anyways). I am still waiting. Ordered on Saturday April 1,2023 and it is Tuesday April 4,2023. Not unlocked yet.

UPDATE: April 5,2023
Now they want $70.00 more saying my phone is blacklisted. I have already paid over $80.00 prior to this. My phone is not blacklisted as it was my old phone with Bell.

They do not respond to emails and there is no other way to contact this vendor. Do not fall for this scam.

I used mobileUnlocks service thinking they would provide a quick and easy service. They guaranteed that the phone would be unlocked (100%)

The bill was £11.99
On the same day a further bill was charged for £24.00

Two days went by...
Then they demanded another £40 because vodafone rejected the unlocking because the phone wasn;t purchased from vodafone, and required payment.
The phone was purchased from vodafone.
I didn't pay because this did not seem right.
I went to the trouble of contacting vodafone directly, and easily obtained an unloack code within 30 minutes FOR FREE
That's right. The code was easy to obtain and vodafone did not charge a penny for it.

Payment taken, 4 emails sent and nothing back. States it will take up to 30mins but 24hours in rare cases. Over 24hours now and nothing, no communication and status saying 2 hours (which it's stated all day) terrible experience, DO NOT USE

After leaving this review, they reply. Although still not replying to my complaint.

Paid €28 for unlock on an iPhone 11 from 3 Network Ireland. 7 day timeframe given & they could not unlock.
Was offered €28 credit?
Credit is of no use as I have no need to use site as it's not fit for purpose.
No response whatsoever from them to emails sent.

I was suckered in to this scam, paid $15USD to find out that that was an evaluation fee. A further $54 was required to unlock the phone. Went on EBay and paid $3 CAD and within a half-hour I had an unlocked phone.

Didn't waste you time and money 26$ + 84$ after 24 hr is your cost it is now 12 days and I got 0 result no unlock any story that it can take up to 30 day bu...l if you need unlock pay you phone and get it unlock for free in 4 hr with at&t

These people just take your money flat out! They absolutely do nothing! It's some type of low life sitting at his computer stealing your money! Very Sad!

Avoid this company at all cost. They will steal your money, starting with $15, all of the sudden you will need to pay $42, and before you know it there is a final premium payment as well. Awful people and experience. You will never be able to contact them again.
