Not sure if it's a scam, I've ordered unlock my iphone 3 days ago from mobileunlocks.com but it's still in process. The website says the process will take 1-24 hours when I order it. I have emailed them yesterday asking for refund but haven't got any response. I've just emailed them again. Be careful with website. And another tricky thing is that when you choose unlock phone button, you will be given status check order instead of Unlock.

Complete scam! They say it's $50 to unlock your phone, then come back with "oh uh your phone is 'blocked', you actually need to pay another $70 to unlock"... JUST SO YOU KNOW, IF YOUR PHONE ISN'T ON CONTRACT YOU CAN GET YOUR PHONE UNLOCKED FOR FREE WITH YOUR PROVIDER

They won't give me a refund either even though when I paid I was under the impression they WERE my carrier. Complete scam stay far far away

Although the unlock took 4 times longer than stated, it was done.
I can forgive this as the phone was not in the UK at the time of unlocking and even though it was 3000 miles away, it worked.
I was doubtful that it would successful but was proven to be quite mistaken in my doubts.
Great service.
Highly recommend everything from the site to customer support and unlocking procedures.

I paid to have my PREPAID phone unlocked and they (mobile unlock) said my phone was locked to a contract. And then asked for more money. Says scam to me all day. I'd give zero stars if I could!

It took 2 full days for them to unlock my phone. First of all I was charged $30 just to apply, Then finally they sent me a message saying I could unlock it but it would cost me another $87 because "a phone is an expensive instrument" and you owe the company money. I own the phone outright and it is cheaper for me to buy an entirely new one so I didn't procede with the unlocking and spent $30 for nothing. This site is dishonest and a rip off.

I received my unlock code about two days after placing my order. However, the code didn't work. I sent an e-mail to their support group, and the person who responded said to provide a video showing the IMEI of the phone and the entry of the code provided not working. I provided the video, and the person responded saying the phone was "blocked". That was complete news to me. Other vendors who had tried to unlock the phone provided full refunds when their codes didn't work or they couldn't find the information needed to unlock it. They never said anything about the phone being blacklisted. Also, I had done multiple IMEI checks online myself and even sent a screenshot of one of them to the Mobile Unlocked support person showing it had come back clean. In the end, I just took the partial refund. Be warned that you may run into issues with this company if the unlock code they provide doesn't work.

I hope it is actually unlocked. I have only received an email asking me to answer if I have received, or not received my order. Very confusing

I pretty much got scam out of 50.00 dollars I cancelled my order for a phone unlock under the 30 day policy but they also have more policy before you can get a refund which too me makes it hard to get one I'm crying right now because I had to cancel it for I need the money now I have a locked phone and no refund honestly I feel like crap

Horrible because to many time for unlocked my phone I'm waiting for over a week and still 20% the order and nothing happen
