Answers always same. First I paid about 20 $ after few days 88 $. But they didn't unlock my phone. What can i do I don't have any ideas.

Paid $50 apiece for two unlocks. The next day, for both phones I was told that I needed to pay another $68 to proceed as the phones are in contract, and it would take another 1-7 days. So I paid the additional fees. That was more than a week ago. They have a fake progress tracker on their website which showed both orders as 20% complete immediately upon placing the order, then 50% complete upon the premium service upgrade. The status still shows "final payment required" even though I made the final payment over a week ago. Their customer service is no help; if you ask for an update someone called "Emma" (no last name) will send you canned emails refering you to the fake order tracker for even though they know perfectly well that it's not a real tracker; it just shows the same percent completion from the moment an order is placed. Don't know if I'll ever get my unlock but they sure got my $240.

Easy to use but took longer than expected. Progress tracker showing 20% complete for three days before suddenly receiving email as complete. No explanation why when I contacted the company.
