They charge you to check they can unlock your phone. They confirm that it can be unlocked for an additional fee. The website then gives you some false indication of the unlock being processed, and after 3 weeks they send an email saying it can't be unlocked, and refuse to give a refund!

God awful terrible experience. I tried and tried and tried again, to get away from AT&T, and their terrible customer service. Made it so difficult it was almost impossible.
It went by fast when you forget about it but the next day everything is set and ready to go perfect

Don't waste your money with these scam artists. Promised an unlock code, then said "not available". Ignored multiple emails and refuse a refund. Had to dispute it with my CC. Funny as they had also received a number of complaints re. This business.
