Its not instant like your web site states. I'm still waiting. Waited 20 min so far and only 20% completed.
Took a total 2 days and an extra $72.00 to unlock. Disappointed

Awesome and within a few days my phone was unlocked

I spent a lot of money to get one of the codes and it didn't even work. Even worse, when I tried to contact them, more than 3 or 4 times for help, nobody ever got back to me. When I decided to give up and ask for a refund, I was ignored continuously. I'm still out $65 and the phone was returned to my friend. Don't spend your money here. Find another site that will help you.

I took 3 phone calls to find a representative that could help with unlocking a phone. No communicaton regarding additional time and charges levied twice after paying off installment plan and unlock request.
I had to initiate followup and found that additional charges had to be paid.

This is a complete scam. You pay almost $30 to wait a day for them to tell you to pay more money. If you look through the reviews all the responses are the same saying they cannot find your name in their system and to write a detailed review to a jacked off email address. You can call the carrier and get the exact same results from the provider. Just like they they claim they are doing. You might as well open the window and throw your money out the window and they use your information to sell. If you feel like just waiting time and money go for it

They charged me $28 for their service only to surprise me with an additional $70.80 charge. They then asked for a picture of my drivers license with I was uncomfortable with so I asked to be refunded. I was ignored and they proceeded anyway. I've asked to be refunded several times now and have simply been ignored. I contacted the service provider that has the phone locked and they can unlock the phone free of charge. This service is a scam. Beware!

Quick simple service, I was so frustrated that my phone was locked but this simple service was so easy to unlock

I paid off my phone to get it unlocked. I waited the required 48 hours only to find out that I would have to pay an additional $26 to start the unlock and then ANOTHER $39 to finish the unlock.

This company is a complete scam… I'm actually filing a police report on them! The only reason they have a high review rating is because after they take your money they ask you to rate them… NOT AFTER THEY PERFORM THEIR SERVICE. So when you read the REAL reviews most people talk about how simple their website is to use and HOPE they can unlock the phone. My phone was only carrier locked not blacklisted meaning it's reported lost or stolen. I bought my phone the week before I decided to use their service and the very day I entered my imei in their website T-Mobile said that was the day it was reported stolen. Their method is take your information then rather than unlock your phone they blacklist your imei. After 2 weeks they say you need to pay the premium fee which $179. They are scam artists to get more money from you…do not go this route!

I paid for my phone to be unlocked, their site says the average time is around 10 days to complete the order. It's been two months and I still don't have my phone unblocked and they stoped responding my emails. So my experience was basically that I was scammed. They request a first payment that is just basically to let you know if your phone can be unblocked or no, but that information you can get it for free in other sites, then they request another payment to actually unblock your phone.
