I still waiting for my device get unlock, so i think the service is not working

72chrs have passed and still nothing. The Customer Service email is not working. Will gv them one more week.

Hope this works. It did not. Do not use this service it's a scam and they will take your money and give you nothing. Very doubtful I'll have any luck getting my 105$ back.

My phone was never unlocked and i cannot reach anyone from customer to get a refund. The email address provided is not allowing new emails so my emails are constantly blocked. The customer support phone number goes straight to voicemail and no one ever returns messages.

My phone is still locked. I am very disappointed. Site jabber will not except my email answers. Now, because of the time it is takeing, im into at&t for an addional month $ 90.00. I want to know why?

These jerks have not completed the order after MANY days waiting for it to unlock. $26 & $49 for NOTHING. I am contacting for a full refund. There is NO WAY they have 4,000+ positive reviews. DO NOT USE THEM

Phone NOT unlocked. No way to contact support except for an international number. You do not need this service. Contact the phone carrier to unlock a phone. You don't have to have service with them. Dispute charges.

Do not purchase this service they say they are guaranteed but don't follow through. They said they could unlock my device 100% and then could not. They kept asking for more money.

I was told to pay 26 dollars to unlock my phone and I paid it then the next step they tried to get another 80 from me when it was in bold letterrin my phone will be unlocked after I pay the 26 dollars no where did it say it was gonna be more money following

This is a scam website that runs a bait and switched. They advertise a phone unlock for $26 and then contact you a few days later saying it now costs an additional $50 to unlock the phone. Days later they contact you with an email saying the phone is now unlocked but nothing. They phone is still locked and they do not respond to any emails or inquiries for a refund.

I paid $29. Then I was told I needed to pay $49 more. I tried to use the same credit card and it wouldn't go through. Card worked everywhere else

I was sceptical when I realised it was not an Australian site/service but they did exactly as promised and within 48 hours. Even with me lodging the request on a weekend and with the time difference.

Card details would not enter automatically. Multiple rejections. And no mentions as what errors occurred. In addition, I tried to email about not receiving my order, and the email th we gave was invalid.

They asked for two payments. Never delivered and when you send an email it's bounced back.
