They took my money, and never got an update on what was going on. SCAM.

The unlock on my Sons phone did not work. I will be contacting trade description to find out what i can do to receive a full refund.

$#*! was lame took like 100 years to unlock wait its not even done yet been one to many days waiting for this to unlock and nothing is happening but yet y'all sure do take the money well guess what I'll never use you guys ever again in my life this $#*! waant worth it at all

This site i dont recomend,totaly spam they ask first 24dolar for unlocking and after 2 days 90 dolar with no garanty for enything...dont be fool to use them

They took my money. The terms and conditions say no refunds but who really sits down and reads the terms of conditions. They took my money and it took about a week for it to even go through and after that they say that my phone is expensive so I'll have to pay more to get it unlocked my phone is literally $60 worth and they wanted me to pay even more money to officially unlock it even though I paid $26 they wanted me to pay another $26 that I couldn't get back anyways. He said that even if I paid an extra $26 they're not guarantee that it can unlock because of the type of phone I have so I would have lost out on $50 because it's no refunds that's how they trick you. This is a scam. It's not a real website.

I paid 29.00 one day and another 79.00 the next and phone still lock. Tracking says 95%. This has been going on since 7/6/23

They asked more fee to go forward processing and I did but after two weeks, they didn't finish the job yet. All the responses are just checking their website.

Mobile Unlocked charged an initial fee of 26 US dollars to supposedly unlock my device. It took them 24 hours to carry out their procesos and all they did was send an email in which they explained that my device si a valuable and expensive item that required further payment to be unlocked. They then attempted to charge another 49 US dollars to complete the unlocking procedure. And all of this for an Alcatel Joy Tab that cost me less than 60 bucks vía Amazon. Of course I didn't pay and their refund policy covers them, so I didn't get my 26 dollars back. If I were you, I'd stay away from this site, as the way they handle the unlocking procedure and what they they to charge feels like very mucho like a scam.

End result my phone was unlocked. Could have been more upfront with the total charge. Still it was reasonable

I paid $26 to get the phone unlocked. After one day, they email back and ask another $105 to unlock my phone. This is a scam! I when to ebay and spend $10 to get a chip to unlocked. This company is not honest stay away.

Advertised cost £9.59 which I thought was a very good price.
However I then received mail asking for another £30.00 before my phone could be unlocked.I have therefore not gone ahead with completion but also lost my £9.59p

I been getting the run around since 6/30/23. It says 3 days! I have paid money Twice. The first payment was to see if they could unlock it. The was notified a couple days later it could. The they asked for a payment to send code once it was completed. I paid and still nothing. These people are trash! Taking good money from hard working people! Karma is a MF!
