I had to wait and spend over $100 dollars and I'm still waiting

A week and a half have passed and my phone is only at 95% unlocked… Taking forever..

Don't know why I'm paying Bell to unlock my phone when they are the ones that locked it

My former mobile service unlocked my phone before I could use Mobile Unlock. I canceled my order. I am not entitled to a refund of the $26, since that if what it states in the terms and conditions. The reply from Emma was a mixed signal of I still need to pay plus my cancellation will be recorded. I am not demanding my money back but am unable to continue the contract since my phone was unlocked

It all seems simple when you start, with the process very responsive to the initial request and then you get hit for extra fees greater than the £15 approx you signed up to...an extra £20, which at that stage you have no idea if this is a scam. Do you don't you? If it was clear at the start there were more fees to come, you might be ready for it. But what do they care if you don't go forwards, they have already had some of your money and not had to provide anything.

The unlocking then took ages to happen - well over a week - when it is advised that it could take up to 72 working hours.

They say your phone is unlocked in 3 easy steps. See attached image from their website.
What they don't tell you is that it's not 3 easy steps at all and the price of $28 is just the first step. They then hit you for more money claiming that the fee paid is only for site checks.

They then claim your phone is expensive and lie about the reason for the extra unlocking charges. See email attached. This is a $120 phone paid outright and not on a contract. They refuse to acknowledge that they lied about the phone being expensive and on a contract.

When challenged they say that it was detailed in their terms and conditions at check out which I don't remember seeing or agreeing to.

Fact is they claim one price and say it's easy then refuse to unlock your phone unless you pay another fee.

This particular phone is a childs phone that was locked to Telstra. If i had realised I could have phoned Telstra directly and they would have unlocked the phone for $28

This is FALSE MISLEADING ADVERTISING at it's best and it's catching people out.

I don't understand why I had to pay to get this unlocked and I don't understand why it wasn't automatically unlocked when I moved my account over to another company and my phone was paid off and I didn't owe anything to the company.

Just paid. So we will see how long it takes to receive the unlock code

It first asked me to pay $26 for unlocked check after 24 hrs they emailed me said I am eligible for unlock now they want ang additional $49 to release the unlock code. What the heck! It's a total scam! Stay away do not believe what they say on their website. AT&T unlocks service are available on eBay. But tmobile is always a pain in the $#*!. I do not recommend this place for unlock.

I have unlocked several phones in recent years, it has never cost me as much in wasted time, stress, aggravation and money as it has with Mobile Unlocked.

We have fully paid for your services, all we want now is our unlock code.

I purchased an "e sim" from Mobile Unlocked, they "confirmed payment" and sent me to a page that was tracking unlock turnaround time, which said 24-72 hours. I waited the whole timeframe and nothing! This site is a scam! Don't waste your time or money! Just go directly to the mobile stores and pay them to do it. AVOID MOBILE UNLOCKED.

The worst ever company in the world I would never go back to this company ever again

Promised me a $100 refund as they were unable to unlock my phone. Refund never appeared. Customer service would reply promptly after I checked in with them to assure me the refund was on it's way. After a while, customer service (Emma) stopped replying. Their customer service number doesn't work and won't let you speak to a human being. Do not give this company your money, they are scammers.

Mobile unlocks charged me $28 plus tax to tell me that for $50 … here's the catch but if I act now I can get my phone unlocked for &40 … but then their might be an addition sim charge unlock- Unfortunately for them they sold me the first lie. Don't waste your money. The other guys leaving reviews are telling the truth. They might be able to unlock your phone and they might not

This company is a scam…do not waste your money…they fall back on the 30 day part of the contract in hopes you forget about it…just call you phone provider and get them to unlock your phone…I hope I can recoup my money…leaving a review in hopes no one else gets scammed. None of these positive reviews can be real…disgusting company to deal with.

My unlock is stuck at 95% complete for almost a week. You can't talk to customer service. I had to make 3 p as y mm payments and got nothing done. They sent an email with a link saying click this link if you received your package, or email the support email they provided if you didn't receive it. The address they give is undeliverable. The third option is do not respond if you wish to cancel. If you cancel, you don't get a refund. All the good reviews must be fake or just a bunch of jerk-offs

I was able to transfer my data and it was quick. The process didn't take long at all.
