Crazy misleading. The site words it like you are paying for an unlock, but you are actually paying to have them check if you are ELIGIBLE for an unlock. After they check, they want even more money. The site advertises this as an instant unlock, but when they try to sell you on an unlock the second time, they say it will take 24-72 hours. There is absolutely no way to contact support and the follow up email they send you threatens to ban your phone if you attempt to unlock without them. Total waste of money from an unethical company.

Realicé el pago correspondiente por que quería agilizar el proceso, solo para llevarme la sorpresa de que no solo no especifican bien el proceso que te cobran o que deben realizar más pagos, solo engañan para que al realizar los pagos y con su política de no reembolso y sin avisar que se necesitan varios pagos ósea que te obligan a continuar pagando o la opción de no continuar y perder tu dinero. Es una estafa pero la hacen ver legal ante las leyes.

Waiting 7th day still not unlocked and on 95 percent completed. Not a good service. Will ring their 44 England UK number to find out what's going on?

Everything has been a dilemma to get my money back and they never gave it to me.

Be careful, the first payment is considered free and non refundable. After they will charge you the next fee.
The issue is that at the end you may end up paying more than the phone cost.

Quick & easy very helpful if you struggle & I'd use them again

Slow and inefficient, misleading the process would be "instant" and hidden extra costs not mentioned at the beginnng

Nothing happened. It's a scam. I paid the price after a week and it's still not unlock.

Initial cost was $28.99 - the way the information was presented, it seemed as though this was the cost to unlock the phone. Not so - that was the cost to evaluate if the phone could be unlocked. Once it was determined that the criteria was met, then it was another $91 to block it. Advertising says phones unlocked "instantly" and "in 15 minutes." Mine met all the criteria and took 6 days. At the end of 6 days, I was informed that the phone was hard locked and could not be unlocked through their regular process (even though it met all the criteria). The $91 could be used as a credit toward the next level service of $238. I replied to the email, asking for a refund as the service was not provided. They explained that my phone did not meet criteria because inserting a new SIM card did not prompt for an unlock code. I replied that it definitely does do that, so it's not hard locked as they stated. I haven't gotten a reply. This company's advertising is incredibly misleading and I have a hard time believing the reviews on the website are real. Stay very far away.

My credit card was rejected several times so I had to switch and try several times. Then, the initial page said $7 dollars, which turned to $26. Then, I had to pay another $79 to finish the process.

Still waiting for my unlock. Says pending still after two weeks of waiting. Customer service email says not deliverable.

I havent recieved what i paid for yet, but i am still waiting. I paid the initial $26.99 I think it was, and I let it go for 24-72 hrs. That turned into 72 hrs, and then I was asked to pay another $50... Which I did. Now when I track my order it says the same thing it has said for the last 5 or 6 days. When I track it it tells me it's at 95%, but as I mentioned it has been saying the same thing for several days now. I placed my order a week ago on a Tuesday. Went thru the weekend w/out checking on it bc the site says don't count the weekends or holidays. Now, it's Thursday of the following week

I ordered the service to unlock my iPhone. They didn't unlock it and refused to refund my money. Be careful using this service.

Everything is fine print. They Advertise 24 hours when it takes 30 days. Says it's $26 and then they charger you $100. Terrible customer service. I sent them 2 emails and I got back a copy and paste response off their website both times.

The first $28 does not unlock the phone but just checks eligibility. They then ask for another $88 to unlock the phone. It is a misleading site. It may work but I did not pay the extra as the provider did it for free.

Recently tried to have a phone unlocked with them. After several days they simply said unsuccessful. No refund offered a CN for a useless website. Thereafter they never replied to my mails

I reported you to my banker and the BBB; My banker credited the charge; MU asked for MORE money to complete the unlock, they never did or could unlock my or anyone's phone, I'm old so should be learned enough to avoid these cons but yeah you got me, by the way I will still ask for the money back but I know you won't credit it. You go to a lot of trouble with this whole schmear maybe you could find a legitimate ethical way to use your energy to actually help people.
