Until now you didn't unlock the phone... more than 10 days

You pay $28 first, to see if your phone is eligible to be unlocked. That took 24 hours. Them you have to pay another $108 to unlock your phone. I didn't bother. This additional payment was not clear before I started. Complete scam.

Horrible experience! Do not use! It's a scam and I can't get my money back.

First of all the service was supposed to cost $26.00 x 2 phones and was told it would take three working days for the unlock. On the second day, I was asked to pay another $49.00 x2 for the remaining balance owed which was a total shock. After five working days, the phones were finally unlocked but the new carrier could not port my phone and my husband's phone was destroyed when it was unlocked. It worked fine until the unlock took place. So, now I am out $152.00, had to buy my husband a new flip phone and my flip that is only 3 months old and cannot be ported by my new carrier. This company gives you no way to contact them. When you press their contact icon you get a bunch of questions with answers, no phone number and no email address. This was a total rip-off experience.

Now that I understand the process it makes sense and it worked. I now have a phone that I can use with prepaid sims when traveling.

These disgusting scammers wanted $28 to unlock my phone which I paid...Then a day later wanted a further $87 to release the code.

They have been reported to Google who will hopefully do the right thing..

Do not give this company any money. They advertise as 'instant' and 'same day' when really it's 30 days. You pay once thinking everything is fine but then they come back and ask you to pay again, 3 times the initial price!

They say the reasoning for this is as 'its an expensive phone and the carrier loses by loosing your plan by having the phone unlocked'. No, I paid $79 for this phone outright with no plan but have now spent far more on this scam site. I will be reporting this to my bank to get my money back as it is still not unlocked and cost far more then my provider to unlock it!

These people are quick to take your money with the promise of getting your phone's unlock code. I paid over $100 to only be strung along with "order in process" or "95% complete" notifications... yet, when you reach out to get follow-up, your message is blocked. Avoid these people at all costs.

I've paid two payments to your company to have my phone unlocked, but it is still locked. I've had no phone service since I requested for it to be unlocked.
