They don't tell you before there is going to be another payment you need to make before it's unlocked. I think that is bull crap charging you twice. Plus it took a lot longer than it was supposed to
I paid both fees to unlock my phone and it went to 95% only. I never recieved a unlock code. They are crooks! Mobile unlocked needs to be shut down!
I entered this info on 10/5/23 and got 100% complete. MU*******. Then I found out it was not unlocked.
I paid $28 and two days later I was sent a link that wanted me to pay additional $71. So I bought a new unlocked phone. Didn't want help an liar.
I was at 95 % for 30 days now they talking about giving me 50% of my money they are scamming, smh i was waiting for 30 days just to found out its a scam
Is not fast results I haven't received my order yet since October 16 whe the process start
Never figured if it's unlocked yet, until I left it in the side and bought a google phone.
Took an hour to unlock my 5 years ago payed off phone
Unfortunately what I paid for were verification services that are free on the web and I had already done it on my own. After the verification process (which took about 5 days) the company emailed me to tell me they were done and the phone "could be" unlocked. The charge was another $89. This company was well-reviewed. However, I'd rather do business wiht a company that lists everything out up front, and I thought I was as I even read the fine print. Looking back on it, it was vague. Anyway, I'm out about $30, so I learned another lesson!
First they said the wanted 25 dollars and I gave it to them then they said they wanted another $50 and I gave it to them 24 hours later and now it's been over a week and a half and I still haven't got anything out of them they haven't sent me anything they've got this b******* website up says it's 95% completed they lied and said that I gave them the wrong information and I'm sure they're doing this to other people too there's no way to get in touch with these people they're full of crap
K, so first of all, they say it's $25 to unlock your phone. That's a lie, it's gonna be about $75. And then they're gonna say that you have given them some wrong information. Which you probably haven't. And then they're gonna not answer you. When you put in a request to find out where the hell you're d*** Phone unlock is after about a week or 2. So. Yeah, i'd like to know why the hell they should this. Jimmy, but nobody's answering me. So you know? This is the best I can do.
You are initially charged £10 for checks, then they charge you £30 more. Have been waiting weeks, they've charged me the full £40 but progress says 95%. The email provided my sitejabber to report unresolved issues bounced back as unrecognisable. I've contacted them asking for a refund, but have had no response. I'm starting to think this was a scam.
The most obvious scam of all the scammers scams I have ever been scammed with
I have waited for over a week to have this mobile phone unlocked and I think this is unacceptable!
I have for 2 days to have tthis mobile phone to be unlocked, I paid their fee and it has already showed up in my checking account and yet it is still locked what gives? Ref mu467273
Terrible communication about why this is necessary, the cost, and why this is even a thing to do.
I accidently included Namibia in my address
I was not happy paid for nothing. Didn't get unlocked
Will wait and see if it does what l want
Just like everyone else's experience, it's a scam, they reel you in with fast stage response between the first payment and the second payment, yes, there is a second payment, usually double the initial charge (mine was $26, then $49). They don't tell you this, and they take advantage of your desperation to break free from the stupid carrier SIM lock. And a day or two after making your second payment, you get a 85% stage, then 95% quickly after, and this my friends is where they will get stuck forever ever. Do Not cling on the false hope, that unlock will not come.
And when you try to contact them, you can't, I've tried them on all social media platforms and several calls that go on UK voicemail. They should be blocked!
Waited nearly 24 hrs and no unlock done, now when I go to track it just says error, ended up going elsewhere
Mobile Unlocked asked for details of my phone (make, model etc.) On the next page they asked for £9+ (almost £10) which I was happy to pay. The next page said there were some checks needed which could take up to 24 hours. 26 hours later all checks were completed but they wanted a further £30 from me. Luckily my son came home and he contacted Giffgaff and they sent the unlock for free
I didn't like it because I paid for a.service that I haven't received
So far so good. I paid twice for this service. I did not understand what I need to see to confirm unlocked. Hence, when I clicked unlock, it asked me to pay again. First it was $7 then $26. It should be clearer what one is paying for. I demand a refund.
Answer: No it's a scam 29.00 to tell you if they can unlock it to for the code that's useless unless by chance your phone asked you to unlock it. Save your money and buy an unlocked phone.
Answer: Longer than 24hrs if you pay afterwoods. $28 for checking then come back a day later asking for more ($71) to complete. I should have read the terms and conditions
Answer: I agree with previous post it's a scam.get your money and that's all they want.
