Charged $26. Then they wanted an additional $68 to release the unlock code. I went back and read. It said exact price will be told after you enter IMEI. Total scam. Probably a lot of fake reviews.

This is the second time I have tried. Your first attempt didn't work. Please issue refund for non performance.

I purchased the unlock for $26 and then they came back an asked for $49. It's been over 30 days and it's still pending at 95%. There's no way to contact anyone from the company. It's a SCAM!

I confirmed and payed the fees on 10/12 expected a top time frame of 72 hrs... now it´s 10/17 and my phone is still locked, and status is on 95% completed since saturday..., really hope it works, if not will ask for a for a refund.

They are scammers, they are crocks and steal your money, I will never do any business with them

This is day 7 (yes it includes a weekend) STILL NOT UNLOCKED.
Advertised price of £9.45 sounded good.
Then hit with HIDDEN CHARGE of £30.00
Mobile not unlocked after all this time, company stated 72 hours max. NOT 168, as it is now.
Highly suspicious of this company - IS IT A SCAM?

I read everything before I paid and I paid 26 and 7 my phone was not under lock, now talk about additional payments

For some reason my phone is on blacklist and using this side a try to unlock, because this is the service they offer. After paying for service i received message "This device is BLACKLISTED and not possible to unlock as per our website". What I know. No refund available.

I paid your bill of $28.00 to get the Telstra ZTE unlock and now I need to pay $87.00 to finalise the unlocking? I could have gone to Telstra and pay that amount myself. I didn't need your help if I still have to pay the same amount Telstra is charging me? I want a refund.

Terrible! I paid for the service over a week ago and the phone still hasn't been unlocked.

I was very unhappy with the service that I got because I put the SIMS card in and my phone was not unlocked

I wanted to get my phone unlocked,

First I paid 29 dollars for them to check eligibility of unlocking. It came out it is eligible.

Then I paid 99 dollars to unlock. After a month, I had to contact with them because phone was still locked. (definitely they did not come back to me with a reason - they claim they do it in 72 hours)

They said phone is blocked and they can not unlock it. So basically their eligibility service is useless. Plus they charges me total 128 dollars and now they offer to refund only 49 dollars.

I would never use this web site again. Definitely not suggested.

I don't think this one works? It's not instance at all. Easy enough on payment area but thats about it. Can i please have my money back?

Can't believe you charge to unlock a phone! My credit card has been charged but I have not received any service. Their email for not receiving services is also blocked.
