Save your money.

Had to pay 31 dollars on a 82 dollar order. Not happy. And on top of it, everything was way too large on me. Not going to bother with the hassle of sending it back. Just wont shop there again.

Horrible sizing

Sizing was extremely off. Size us 4 items were seriously like a us 12/14. Returns policy when shipping from the us sucks as well - save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere

I ordered two faux leather skirts, carefully double checking the size chart. I am a 26 in waist so I ordered a US size 2. However when I received them they were too small. Well to be fair the material is not stretchy at all, it's one of those tight faux leather skirts so maybe that's why I couldn't zip the skirts up but still... I wish the size chart was more accurate.

I see a lot of reviews saying this site is a scam site but I had zero problem with this website, no "hidden fees" or "customs" fees. I live in SoCal, placed the order on Friday the 5th of April and received the order today, Tuesday April 9th. They sent me the tracking number the following day right away on Saturday. So for me it was a real quick shipping/delivery process.

WILL ORDER AGAIN

Okay so to start with I was a little worried since I placed my order before reading the reviews. However to my pleasant surprise it wasn't bad at all! Sure 40$ in customs on a 117$ order was a little annoying (hence the loss of a star) but the quality, price and shipping time was well worth it. I placed my order feb 26 and received it March 6. It was amazing! All the sizes were correct no issues at all (keep in mind I live in Toronto Canada). I'll definitely be ordering more from here.

So I ordered 5 teddy sweaters & 2 coats from this website & I was pretty upset when they arrived so let me start by saying that the box they sent it was hideous, I'm surprised it even got to my house it was about to fall apart but they put more tape on it to make up for it, second the sizes are wayyyyyyy off, I ordered the coats in an 10 size, thinking well that's my size in all my coats so a 10 should be good it gets here and one of them fits good BUT the other one doesn't (they're the same material) tell me how is that possible? Anyways the teddy coats same thing, they fit IMMENSELY HUGE, THAT IS NOT A 10 & let me tell you guys, the material sucks If you've ever bought from shein you know the material is okkkk but this one is wayyyyy worst omg. I'll put pictures here so you guys can see, don't waste your money guys, ITS A HUGE SCAM

I've seen plenty of reviews that said they have hidden fees so I just ordered 1 item, but I've noticed most of those reviews were Canadian/ countries in the UK. Shippment fees MAY depend on the country's policy in regards to receiving a package from overseas. I'm from the US, NYC in particular, and my package came within 10 days with no hidden. Fees. Keep in mind, this is an international shippment therefore 10 days is not terrible. I gave 4 stars because they do not answer a lot of questions, and I basically ordered from this site blindly. Hope this helps

SCAM

They hide additional fees and then surprise you with them right before delivery. I placed an order for $72 CAD, and was then charged $42 ADDITIONAL for various fees at customs due to the sketchy and unreputable shipping provider they used. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM!

I ordered a sweater dress I was going to wear to a xmas party two weeks beforehand as I knew it would take about a week to arrive. I contacted customer service multiple times and they refused to give me a refund and said they can't guarantee that my package will arrive. OH! But they offered me a 30% discount... THEIR SITE HAS A 40% DISCOUNT RIGHT NOW! What a scam!
PEOPLE, DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS SITE. Yes, their clothes might look cute, but it is not worth the hassle and frustration.

I ordered 2 sweaters and a faux leather skirt. I ordered a US size 12 in the skirt - I usually wear a 10 or a 12 so to be on the safe side I ordered the 12. It was huge. Cute skirt just way too big. The sweaters were both size M/L and they were so cute. Hoping they don't shrink in the wash. The shipping was SO slow. Took over 3 weeks for my clothes to arrive. I messaged them to see the updated delivery date would be and they refunded my $5 shipping since it was late.

I ordered a sweater for a xmas party. The event was a little over 2 weeks away when I ordered and with the standard shipping option stating it only takes 5-7 days for US orders I thought I would get it in time no problem. WRONG! It never showed up (still waiting on this sweater) i had reached out to customer service asking where my item was and at this point just wanted a refund. They said they couldnt issue the refund bc my item was already sent out and I would be receiving it the next day. WRONG AGAIN! This website is such a scam and after reading other reviews not good quality. Save yourself the wait and money and DO NOT order from this garbage website.

I ordered a coat from their website because there was a sale and I could get 50% off, unfortunately when the coat arrived in Canada I was sent an invoice for the duty which included an "admin fee". I knew I was going to pay duty and had no problems with that, however the 15$ admin fee seemed strange since I had already paid shipping.
I dm'd their twitter help who proceeded to tell me "this is not an admin fee but customs fee that apply to all orders being sent to Canada" I replied with a picture of my invoice that literally says admin fee to which they replied "An admin fee is part of the customs fee which is payable by the customer"?
I looked at the Canadian government's website and companies are allowed to charge a fee for customs processing but the fee goes to the company meaning its not really a customs fee its just a hidden fee charge by the company.
Really disappointed in the twitter customer service they were condescending and unhelpful. The website chat customer service is marginally better, they gave me the info to have the item returned to sender.
IF YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY A BUNCH OF EXTRA HIDDEN FEES DON'T ORDER FROM HERE

So for the shipping it came in only 6 business days so very fast. I ordered 90$ worth of clothes with free shipping and then I get an email saying I need to pay online 30$ in customs, 1/3 the price of my order! I ordered all the shirts in the same size yet the sizing was wildly different. The material feels thick and isn't that comfortable, and even though it feels thick the white shirts are quite see through. I got one shirt that was extremely big on me and the other the arms were so tight it almost cut off circulation, yet they claimed to be the same size. You have to pay for returns so won't even bother. The clothes that fit look cute but still not worth how much I payed.

I ordered dresses at a reasonable price. I realized that it would take a week to get to me, which I was fine with. 2.5 weeks later and I get my package. Not only was it much later than I was promised, but the track link did not work. The dresses were horrible quality and smelled like rubber. I go to return and the help representatives were confused as to what I was trying to say. The return cost was just about as much as the dresses themselves, leaving me to basically pay for nothing. You might as well pay a little more if you want even slight quality of items, basic help, and easy returns.

$28+ in duties and fees for a $30 dress. No, I don't think so. AND, only after you pay the duties and fees they give it to Canada Post to deliver so tack on another 3-5 days.

FIX YOUR WEBSITE OMG.

I thought having an account would make it easier to check out and save products since everything deletes quick from your bag. FIX YOUR WEBSITE, hire a better IT team. Every time I log in i'm brought to the British website and when I click back to USA it kicks me out of my account and does the whole process again. Also the website is SUPER slow. Figure it out! You're just losing money.

If you say free shipping on the website, you should not be MISLEADING and have me pay $35 in import duties and charges when I could have gone to PrettyLittleThing and paid a $10 flat rate for Canadian deliveries! Yes, it says on the website we are subject to import duties and taxes, and that is understandable. BUT they do not make it clear that for every package we order, there is a $15 charge for "administrative fees" in order to process our package. Then when I contact Misguided "Live Chat" they are absolutely NO HELP. All they do is put a link to their Shipping FAQ. Clearly this company does not care about their Canadian customers if they keep using this method of shipping that is simply OVERPRICED. TIP: self-declare the package at CBSA yourself and don't make the stupid, unaware mistake I did by paying EzClear. On top of that I have to contact EzClear myself in order to lower my charges from a WHOPPING $51(yes-73% surcharge of what I actually paid). Why should I have to deal with the company's lazy method of international shipping just to receive my package? This has been such a stressful experience and I was so excited at first to receive my package. Until you guys have a more concise and HONEST shipping policy then I never plan to shop with you guys again.

A TOTAL SCAM

Do not order off of this website. They market to college kids offering huge discounts but neglect to warn them of the 30% import and taxes they will be billed for by a 3rd party. Completely dishonest and horrible customer service.

I am from Ottawa Canada and I ordered from Misguided because I love the selection and style. I ordered 98$ worth of close with a 50% off code and a week after my order I had to pay 33.50 online to cover duties and received my package 6 days later. I didnt expect duty charges but I didn't read the fine print. Paying duty was totally worth it because the clothes I recieved are super high quality and exactly what I ordered. 100% worth the 2 week wait total and if you dont mind paying a little extra for duty after choosing free shipping I would highly reccomend. Not a scam at all.

Terrible Company! Worst customer service you can imagine.

I ordered items for fast shipping. Received notification it was 'delayed'. Receive items 2 weeks later - to find out this was NOT my order and belonged to someone else.

I notify them - they fail to even read my response just advise me 'our records show your order arrived'. Yes - my order arrived at someone elses house while I received their order!

Ridiculous.

So their solution? Pay for USPS shipping (tracked) and return the other person's package to us. once you return the package we will look and see if you can get a refund.

So, I now have to spend my own time and money correcting their mistake and shipping it back to them. Only then will they 'consider' giving me a refund - my items are long gone and there is no hope of receiving those.

I also spent $50 on customs for items i never received and they will not be reimbursing that money. The courier also said they wont reimburse.

So now I am just out hundred of dollars, and spent a significant amount of time wasted on this joke of a website.

Save your time & money - don't shop here.
