I have been emailing Rita back and forth several times in the past day or two for information regarding the Soulmates styles. I also spoke with her on the phone. She has been extremely helpful and patient to answer all of my questions. I rate her excellent in customer service.
As a suggestion to the Solemates people: they should put in their description of the dresses whether or not it is a one piece dress and jacket, or a three piece outfit (skirt, camisole and jacket).

The manner in which RITA took her time over a period of two weeks allaying all misgivings i had absolutely convinced me to buy. The delivery was swift even faster than the estimated time of arrival. I called and gave a specific number for a Prom dress the woman on the other end ( who was not a sales rep, she never stated that) kept saying to me I don't have that number pick another one. When she should have said the dress was out of stock So after a lot of confusion I ordered a dress which I thought was the one I wanted and an hour later I called to say it was. It the dress. They said too bad we don't do refunds. I asked to hear the tape of my conversation and they said no! What are they afraid of I was right and they ordered the wrong dress! I would never order anything from them, Then they never called to say the dress was in and I got it after the prom!
Brides AVOID! Please avoid this company at all cost. I was sent 5 bridesmaid dresses, 4 of which were too small... I don't mean an inch or two I mean 2-3 dress sizes... My bridesmaids referred to the size chart on the website and ordered sizes true to that. Bridesmaid A is a UK size 10, one of the 10's fit her perfectly... the other could not zip up at all it was that small at the back. I have asked to speak to the manager 12 TIMES! And still they have never spoken to me on the phone. Please read the small print... which completely breaches consumers rights!
A seamstress advised it was a huge task to fix and told me Missessdressy had got their sizing wrong... Missesdressy wouldn't offer any money towards the alterations or a refund... claiming they were special order, they were NOT, then asked that I send pics of the dressy not fitting - which I did their response " you bridesmaids don't look like size 10's (even though I ordered size 18 and 20 also) you have measured them wrong its your fault. They did not apologise or even refer to the fact this this must be hugely stressful 3 months before my wedding date.
The tags on the dress said that they could be returned if not removed. They cost £560 which they are claiming I will not get back. I have had to buy 5 new bridesmaid dresses from elsewhere - All fit perfect and all apparently the same size as Missesdressy... please do not buy bridesmaid dresses here! They will threaten to ruin your big day scandalous...
I bought a dress on June 4 - Misses dressy called me 5 days later to advise me that the dress is no longer available. I asked for a full refund - they notified me that it would take 7-10 business days to process a refund and I was okay with that although it seemed bizarre that they would need so long in today's day and age. Shortly after I received an e-mail from Missesdressy offering me a $100 store credit for my inconvenience. I patiently waited the 10 days and called them to inquire about my refund which I still had not received they advised that they had not yet processed my refund because they were waiting my reply to the e-mail that they sent- I was very upset and asked to speak to the manager who was not available, I asked that the refund be processed immediately and I wanted a phone call confirming as such ( I had to call back and confirm - they did not call me) and I was told I had to wait another 10 business days. Well... its been another 10 business days and guess what no refund - I called again to ask all the age could tell me was that it is being processed. Again I asked to speak to a manager who again is too busy. So to recap I bought a dress that they did not have and they kept my money ( its been just about a whole month!) Next stop- the better business bureau
Be forewarned: Even if their website says that you can exchange or return their dresses--you can't! This is a shady online business. The dresses are garbage compared to the pictures on the site, really low quality, and the fit is bizarre, insanely tight in odd places, like around the lower ribs. (I tried writing a review on their website, but it wouldn't show up; their rating system is rigged.) When I called to ask to exchange the dress (after discovering that, although their website says you can return the dress, in fact, if you read the fine print elsewhere, it says that "special order dresses"--which this one was, and which most of them are--can't be returned--I was told when I called that I couldn't exchange it either (even though the website doesn't say that), because in order to exchange a dress, you first have to return the dress, which they don't allow. Wow. Great logic, slime balls. Elsewhere in their store policies they use the terms "return" AND "exchange," but on the phone they’ll act as if those two transactions are the same thing. Please save yourself the pain of doing business with this company.
Although, I didn't get the deal that I thought I was going to get, according to a coupon site, I must say, Jace was efficient, honest and helpful, which saved me time while I look for the best price on this Mac Duggal dress, that my daughter is in love with, to wear to her prom. Having five children, four of them daughters, and being a full time customer service manager for a major department store, time and money are important and Jace definitely saved me time and also assisted with trying to save me money by directing me to your sales. If I could steal Jace from you, I certainly would. This one's a keeper! Please acknowledge that you have a wonderful employee in Jace.
I purchased a designed dress from this company on the 22nd. While searching for a photo of the dress online, I found an authorized retailer who was selling the dress for one cent less. "MissesDressy.com will price-match any dress that you find online at a lower price from an authorized US retailer, and give you 6% credit too! Whether it's cheaper by $10, $1, or even a penny, just contact us and we'll honor our price match guarantee." After initiating contact 3 different times via chat and twice by phone, they decide to not honor their policy and say they cannot do so because the other site shouldn't be selling the dress for less.
Look at the absolutely MISLEADING gown they sent. Wrote an email and their reply was "actual picture look different cause of the background and lightening use during the shoot." Somebody should report them to the authorities. If gown was "indeed" what they claim, they should have the decency to publish reasonable pictures. Absolute cheats.

We purchase on-line for clothes all the time, usually without any issues. Placed order for daughter prom dress night before (Sunday) then received email that order would not ship for 4 weeks, (after prom date) called in a.m. to cancel, spoke to a rep & was told we can can cancel but must pay 50% cancel fee, ouch!
Dress is great! Wish I could say the same for the business. Return policy states they accept returns if shipped within 3 days of receipt with an authorization number. I called on day 2 for an authorization number hoping to exchange my daughter's dress for one size larger. What do you know? Coincidentally, the size she needs is out of stock. Yeah right! On day 4, I checked the website and it was showing the dress to be in stock. I called back to see if they would make an exception and allow me to exchange since the dress was now available. Nope. They strictly only accept exchanges within 3 days even if it is their fault that you weren't able to exchange within their allowed time frame. Furthermore, since my mailing address was different from my billing address, I received a request for address verification via email along with a request for a copy of MY DRIVER'S LICENSE! They said this was for my protection and to prevent identity theft! Did I mention they asked for this info AFTER they had charged my credit card?! At that point, I became very suspicious and asked that they just cancel my order and refund my card. They wouldn't do that because they have a no-refund policy! I had to change my shipping address in order to receive the $600 dress I had already paid for! Never again will I order from Misses Dressy and I will be sure to tell all my friends about their rotten customer service!
