NEW CUSTOMERS BEWARE!
According to missesdressy.com, "Not the perfect fit? Return the dress within 3 days and get a FULL STORE CREDIT no questions asked. Excludes Bridal." However, I called to return and exchange for a different size and was told that they will be DEDUCTING $10 FROM MY STORE CREDIT! In addition, I can only return/exchange the dress once as it will be a FINAL SALE! I was told that this is a new policy. All I can say is that their PROMISE of excellent customer service is not at all accurate. Also, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to return/exchange. They do not offer shipping labels.

Dress was exactly like on the website. It arrived faster than I thought it would. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

Excellent service. Live chat was very helpful indeed, especially since I am in the UK. There were no problems with dispatch or postage at this end either. The whole business from ordering to receiving only took a week and the dress is lovely.

One small thing, I would like to have been offered a small sample of the dress material so that I don't have to take the whole dress out with me when matching up for shoes/bag - maybe that's still possible MissesDressy?

Update..., Well, nearly 8 weeks after ordering the dress, it finally arrived!... With the help of the Canadian Aramax shipping company personnel. Go Canada go! I would give 5 stars to the Canadian arm of Aramax, 1 star to their USA partner as they could not take Canada calls or reply to my emails (even though this info was provided to me by Misses Dressy Customer Service) and I would give 1 star to Misses Dressy! They had no problem charging my card, twice! When ordering, yet the numerous times I called to get the dress re shipped, not a single person could help, ever! Those poor girls in customer service, their job is just to pick up the phone, it is not there to provide a service as they always, always told me they would pass it on, even when I tried giving them my credit card info again to pay for the shipping that didn't happen, it had to go to someone else. I still had to pay $56 USD to have the dress returned to NYC even though it never left USA! If you can buy a dress in Canada, save yourself the grief as you are not saving much money but wasting time! Unfortunately, my daughter had her heart set on this particular dress by this designer so we ordered it online, but wouldn't do it again unless you pick it up from a USA post box or have it sent to a USA resident to send to you for very very inexpensive.

I am shock to see Misses Dressy got so many 5 Stars! They must have sent hours writing good reviews themselves. I bought a dress from them with nightmare experience worthless to mention what has happened! Hopefully people who shop this website first will review all the 1 star comments.

The dress was very poor quality. Not worth it. Cheap quality and terrible dress. The seller told me if i add $80, they would send me a new dress. I won't and change my mind to buy from vand resses.com

Miss Dressy thank you! I was searching for the perfect gown for our December cruise and after buying from several other sites only to be told, that one is no longer available in my size or that one is discontinued, I found one here at MissDressy.com. Made the purchase on Tuesday and it arrived in Florida on Friday! Not only does it fit like it was made for me, other than needing hemmed it is absolutely beautiful! Fast free shipping and Rita helped me all I needed. I bought Morrell Maxie ******* in burgundy, fantastic designer! THANK YOU!
