I ordered a dress for a wedding 2 months ago and I still have not received. They charged my credit card the same day and two months calling and chatting with them and every single person tells me a different story. Which conclude with me not having a dress. Terrible company can't even believe they're in the states. Customer service is one of the worst I've dealt with they make believe they don't hear you when there is no static or anything that would interrupt them from hearing me. They hang up on me and never have a legit answer to give me. I really hope I can receive the dress someday. I ended up having to buy a different dress from elsewhere. I will never get on their site again.

I drove all the way from Portland Texas to Houston to search for a party dress. I can't find any in Galleria mall and really upset so I start to browse on the net and found your website. I loved all the clothing and I'm so thankful to Dolly. She chat with me and attended me patiently. Finally I got a red beautiful dress. Thanks again To Dolly. Appreciated

Ordered 2 dresses... received one ( which I was very disappointed with) was not able to return! 2nd dress never came because they were out of stock and now only want to give store credit for dress that I never received
Don't use this company. They charged my credit card 2 days after ordering but 2 months later and no dress! They are the absolute worst company I have dealt with. Now I have to get the charge taken off my credit card. Major hassle.
They refuse to refund even when they are in the wrong. Dresses two weeks later then the stated date of arrival (in black and white on the order.)
Dont touch this company. Same dresses can be ordered form other more trustworthy companies.
I ordered a dress for my fiance months ago for our long anticipated pre-wedding photos and party. Some time after the order was placed I receive an email stating, "We are contacting with regards to your order for Item #E0... Halter V-Neck Sequined Gown by BG Haute in Champagne. There are no on-hand stocks available to ship at the moment. The approximate shipment is early MAY 2016 (dress is still in production)". Okay, things happen... Some time passes by, I call, Rita, or whatever her name is answers the phone and says the dress will be shipped out very soon... I wait. Wait some more. Again, wait. Call back, same story, same questions asked. 4 emails and at least the same number of phone calls later we receive the dress almost 2 months after I placed the order. Oh yeah, you want to know what really set me off? No free bra in the packaging! When I called and spoke with Rita again and got the runaround, I sent an email asking how they were going to make this right, here is the response, "Please be advised that free gift promise conditioned to share us on facebook to be shipped out with the dress, You can click on the small link of the gift to read the description, unfortunately we can't ship bra separately since no request is included on your order before placing it".
DO NOT buy from this company, they are lame! Run, run while you can!
Do not use this site, they will try to steal your identity, by saying they can't post to your address with out it. I seriously doubt that I will see a dress or my money.
My 17 year olddaughter bought a dress and it was way too big. Apparently we only get store credit for one year and anything bought on store credit if final. I explained how big it was and she sized herself to the chart. She cannot fit into anything here. So either we buy ugly jewelry and purses or we lose 600 dollars. My poor daughter had to go buy another dress for prom and learn a 850 lesson in bad customer service

We (my sister and I) ordered two dresses to save on shipping and duties from this site. We read the negative reviews but decided we would try it anyways because it was cheap.
The dresses arrived much later than promised, they don't fit like it stated on the website, the gems look so cheap and are falling off, and one of the dresses wasn't even finished! When I brought this up to the company all they had to say was "it's not a problem - bring it to a tailor and they will fix it". I tried to reason with them and explain how it was terrible that they sent a dress unfinished but all they could say on top of getting a tailor to fix it was "we had a shipping deadline to meet".
Not only did we pay for dresses, we paid for duty, shipping and delivery. Now I need to pay for tailoring for the dress as well and the event (Father-Daughter Ball) is in 4 days.
I was beyond annoyed. I will NEVER order from this site again ever. And I do NOT recommend anyone to order here.

Ordered a designer dress, received email stating shipping address did not match my Credit card. They stated in order to ship I needed to sign a special authorization form and provide a copy of my government issued ID. I called my credit card company who confirmed the charge had been posted to my account.
Thanks to Rita for being so helpful to provide me a great service abroad via chats and calling me through international calls to help me purchase my dream wedding dress
