Hi all,
As I shared in my last review that i have been delivered a defected saree by mirraw.com but soon after I published the review, I have been approached by Mirraw officials regarding my problem and as per my wish, they also processed my refund in few hours. I appreciate Mirraw.com for the quick action they took to resolve my problem.

I HAVE ORDERD http://www.mirraw.com/orders/M******* THESE ITEMS ON APRIL 01 2016 FOR GIVING A BIRTHDAY GIFT TO MY WIFE. THE INTRESTING THING I HAVENT RECEIEVED THESE ITEM AFTER A LONG WAITING 68 DAYS TODAY. I HAVE SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS TO THEM AND RECIEVED TICKET ID'S FOR THE TRACKING OF THE QUIERY (ID- *******, ******* ETC) AND IN THAT EMAIL THEY HAVE STATED THEIR NORMAL RESPONSE TIME OF ANY QUERY WILL BE IN 24 HOURS TIME. BUT EVEN IT HAS TAKEN SEVERL MONTHS NO ANSWER FROM THEIR SIDE. WHEN WE TRY TO RING ON THE CONTACT NUMBER DISPLAYED UP THEIR WEBSITE IS NOT WORKING ( *******780). EMAIL'S ARE THE ONLY MEDIUM AVAILABLE TO CONTACT THEM. I AHVE PAID $65.93 THROUGH PAYPAL ON APRIL 01,2016.
NOW I DONT KNOW HOW CAN I GET BACK MY MONEY OR ITEM?

I was shocked and surprised at the quality of products. They charged me 1000 dollars for the outfits, stitched half inspite of my paying additional 30 dollars for each of 10 outfits.and sent me unfinished products.
The quality of garments is very very bad, they advertise their stuff I think in different material like silk and velvet and satin but sell it in georgette. We are astounded by beautiful salwar Khameez in pictures but real product is something else.
I wasted my money although their communication skill was ok. They don't read the content of the letter or choose to ignore it. I recommend this cloth line should be closed.

I placed an order for a salwar suit from this website and the product I got was nothing close to the order I placed. It was a cheap quality product with very different embroidery and a completely different shade of colour. When I asked for assistance I was offered a discount of 10% but no accommodation for replacing the horrible product I received.

This is definitely a fraudulent website so I would like to warm the potential clients to be careful when placing an order because it would definitely not look anything close to what is displayed. And when you question that the only thing you will get back is a sorry and a 10% discount on your next purchase.

Hi, the worst website where i purchased, i place an order 4th may today is 2nd june. They didn't dispatch my order still today, i sent many emails no proper answer during the last two weeks they are sending me the same mails saying they will send the parcel in 24-48 hours but still my parcel is under process. I called them many times they didn't pickup the phone, very poor customer service my friends please don't waste your money and time by purchasing in this website

First time i purchased the items in the website and encountered a very bad experience. I got the email saying items are dispatched but not received. When i asked for refund asked for my bank details to refund. I provided the details until now no reply.

Customer service damn poor. Full cheating. No guarantee to receive goods and getting refund...

Be aware do not order from this company, they are fraudsters. I cancelled my order within 24 hours after reading all the shocking reviews. I was told I would get my refund in 7 days. NO refund received after 8 days so I chased them up and they tell me I will get my refund now in the next 8 days. I wish I never ordered from this company. But if I don't get my refund I will take this legally. This is no threat! I am surprised they are still trading after the terrible reviews they have. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS! They are a minus million stars!

I ordered two salwars from Mirraw in Jan 2016 and received only one before I left India. So I rang and cancelled the other Salwar and requested a refund. I was promised initially that the refund would happen in two weeks. Never received any refund till date. Contacted Mirraw over 10 times over the phone and emailed several times, and every time they say that the refund would occur in 24 hrs to 48 hours, but never received the money even in April. Still waiting for my refund. Feel like Mirraw is cheating me.
