Mirraw is a fraud company. Your first order goes through well but after that your orders are fuxked up. I ordered the items to be used for a wedding and it has been 15 days since and when I tracked the items on their website, it says shipping will be delayed. I wrote several mails to them as I need the items urgently and I had given them sufficient time to deliver but they have ignored all my mails. Only once they replied saying I will receive it by month end but today is already 24th and it still says shipping will be delayed. They are big frauds, please do not order anything from them especially for an important function as you will not receive it on time and will have nothing to wear. They are big cheats

This website is a waste website - Product and service wise.
I have filed a case against this in consumer court too.

This is my 1st time order from mirraw. I already do a few transaction but Im not sure

I really regreting doing online shopping with mirraw.

Never ever order anything from mirraw. They sell all rubbish. They do fake business.

I booked the Salwar Suit product from mirraw.com on 27 Jun 2016. Within a week i received the product and pay Rs. 1298 (1249 product price + 49 Shipping charge). After open the product it was incomplete & i returned the product and informed Mirraw team in call as well email. Mirraw received the return product. When i asked for refund he/she always say we initiated the refund (July 09 2016) & it's refund within 7-8 working days. But didn't received the refund. Again i called customer care & ask but he/she said it will take 24-48 hrs. & i received the email from mirraw like this "We request you to kindly allow us 24 - 48 hours we will send you refund acknowledgement once the refund is processed." But didn't receive refund.

Again i call & ask again he/she said it's take time & will refund 3-5 working days. But still i didn't receive the refund.

All the support team & member are fraud. Mirraw company is totally fraud. I read lots of complain on internet. Please advice. How this type of fraud company increase their business but no action.

These people show somthin and send u somthin else which is not even 1% to what you see and do all the drama when u ask for refund. U speand a 100 dhs for dress and then a 200 dhs for courier charges and customs. And still i have no news about ur refund. Disgusting pppl. Never ever order from them. Big time cheatinggg.

I ordered 4 items- Salwar Kameez from your website. Just wanted to tell you that it is a real DECEPTION. The items you have shipped are completely different from the pictures in your website.

The quality of the material is really poor. Your items are just cheap quality duplication of original brands. I will definitely see to it that I spread this word to maximum number of people to discourage them from buying from Mirraw.com.

I sincerely think your company should be ashamed to fool customers around the world with your fake products. The products you've sent cannot be used and for me it's just a waste of money.

Your action is similar to hackers who fool people to steal money from their bank accounts.

Grateful if your company do some research on "Customer Care", "Customer loyalty" and have a little conscience and stop fooling people around.

Mirraw is the worst site. Fake product and unprofessional people. They don't even respond to your calls and emails. Don't buy anything from this fake site. Mirraw doesn't deserve even 1 star. I am gonna tell all my friends and relatives never to buy anything from this fake site. The customer support team is worst and so is the overall experience. I wish there was something I could do about them like taking some legal action. They can't cheat people like this. Losers

First of all I now honestly believe that the positive reviews for mirraw.com are fake and were created by their own inside people. I've placed a large order for my business since mid April and up to date (after over 2 months) only 3 items were received and 2 of them were deffective! Keep in mind that they promised to get it all delivered within 12-15 days. In the beginning when I was inquiring about doing business with them everyone were extremely helpful and prompt in returning my calls or responding to my emails, however once I paid for my order everything changed. My correspondence were no longer a priority and in fact they went unanswered for days and when I actually did receive a reply it was very generic and didn't address the issues at hand. I became frustrated after about 1 month and was requesting my money back but then I revived a call from "Michael" who promised and assured me that I wouldn't even have a reason to complain going forward so I fell for that and said OK go ahead. Another month has passed and I'm still in the same situation! Here I am complaining and warning other potential buyers not to waste their time and money on this website which is very good at deceiving you into buying their stuff but does not deliver! Their customer service and time service are despicable! As far as the products are concerned, like I said I've revived a total of 3 and 2 of them were deffective! They were also of inferior quality. Buyers trust me when I say that mirraw.com is the worst! My next step is to get PayPal and my bank to recover my money. My lawyer will also get involved if necessary as I will not sit idle and watch them rip me off. It's better to be safe than to be sorry, so don't even consider buying from mirraw.com.

Extremely disappointed with Mirraw. I purchased from them a year ago and while the items were not of very good quality, I did not complain as pictures always look different than the real fabric.

This time, I ordered 4 items on June 13. I ordered the saree and 3 suit fabric only because the price was very reasonable and colors looked good. Originally items were displayed for $20, $34, $40 and $23 (total $117). When I placed the order, prices changed to $20.67, $34.10, $45.30 and $25.30 + $11 shipping and total showed as $139.70 (even though adding those five amounts gives me $136.37). Anyhow, I paid up and was looking forward to my order which was supposed to arrive by June 21-23.
However, next day they changed the dispatch date to June 21 and arrival date to July 3. They sent me an email to provide measurements or order will be delayed. I sent an email clarifying I had ordered the material only and no stitching but got no response.
Then 5 days later, I look at my order which still hasn't moved forward from the processing stage, no one has answered my emails, phone number provided just says no agents available and hangs up... and to top it all, they charged my card $149.69 instead of $139.70 as stated on the order. No explanation for the extra $10 charge and how their total keeps increasing.
So frustrated with this whole fiasco and disappointed with the lack of service. I would give less than one star if it was possible. They were pretty quick to call my home line when I had cancelled my order last month before paying but now that I actually ordered and already paid, they don't care.

What a SCAM!
