Today I called your customer service to find out if I needed to pay any duty on the item I was planning to buy. He could not come up with any answer and asked for my phone number and mentioned that I would be contacted within half an hour. But no one called.

When you call the help desk. You find the number is always busy and the not sure busy with what and always I get a message that your number is noted and will get a call back, not sure which number they call back. I never got a call from you so call called bull $#*! support.
I just know that you just collecting money from people and cheating them. I am sure that I will not refer this shopping site or the underhanded site to any of my friends. From my side I will try to pass on this message, so that people should be aware of this site or how you people operate.

When you spend nearly $50 on a Traditional Indian outfit from a country, half a world away from India, for your Durga Puja/Diwali celebration, you expect to get at least good quality products (forget premium quality), which looks at least 80% similar to the picture posted on the company website, if not 100%.
The product I received from Mirraw had a different color than that on the picture. Forget the neck work embroidery, which was also different from the picture. You at least expect the color to be similar, don't you? I guess, when Mirraw mentions "Replica Product", they actually mean a product having color on the same side of the color spectrum of the product's picture. So, when you order cream-pink, you end up getting maroon!
Also, the quality of the product is similar to the clothes used for the Durga Puja pandals of the very low budget clubs. Most importantly, they are not ready to take the accountability for your bad product/experience.
I had a really bad experience with this company, I Ordered 25 sarees and received 17 sarees, I checked the amount they charge and total price for the order, The right total is smaller than what they have charged. Different around $50. I sent the mail to Mirraw with clear detail to fix the issue. Now more than one week and rang twice no answer for this issue. In my experience they not reliable people at all to deal with.My worst online experience. I paid for 25 sarees and asked refund for other left money.no reply yet.my opinion don't trust this people any more. Chek the other rewews, they have bad reputaion.
Reading the reviews from most of the customers seem to have a very bad experience. So reviews are the key for any new business like you for coming up and now a days customers do not buying without reading the reviews. They are cheaters.
I order 1 nehru jacket and 1 mirror work saree and before i orderd i ask abt return if damage item they said i get return free shipping lable but after i receive my order saree was damage all mirror work was falling down and nehur jacket color was totally diffrent than the pic they are showing. And when i call for return now they r telling order to return i have to pay shipping from my pocket which is cost me more than my total. So i would suggest dont ever buy form mirraw at all. They are sucks. In hindi bohoti gatiya qulity.
I ordered 3 outfits and only 2 showed up. They were in terrible condition. There was thread all over the clothes, they were wrinkled and looked like they had been bunched up and thrown in a bag. One item was missing. There was no note or explanation. I emailed customer service and received a response days later explaining that the item I ordered was damaged so they did not send it. They gave me a credit for the item they did not sent. I explained that I want a refund because I will not order from them again. They responded and said they would issue one in 48 hours. That was 3 weeks a go and I have not received anything yet. Save your money and the stress if dealing with this company.
I ordered for a temple necklace. I had to make two payments.At first, it came as the payment was not a success and I had to pay it again. I had the deduction from my bank account twice. I informed Mirraw team about it and they informed me that I will get the refund. I did not get the refund yet. I was provided with two temple necklace. I rung them to inform and request for the refund. They agreed to provide me the refund but I haven't received it yet. I had contacted them few times and every time they inform me that they have initiated the refund.

I needed to buy a blouse urgently and liked one on the Mirraw site, however I needed to clear a few doubts about it so kept caling them, they have only one cc number in mumbai which was never answered. I must have called more than a 1000 times but no answer. And then they have the audacity to send me a msg asking me to rate the call. Anyways I e-mailed them saying to contact me but I only got a reply stating my enquiry number. When I finally got pissed and told them I will look for the blouse some where else even after that I dint get any reply or call. I have sworn to never ever shop from this site again. Either they are going 'out of business' or then they are just plain unethical.

Answer: Yes they are fraud, I placed and order and just days of receiving the order I get an email that some part of my order is not available but the website still shows available and it can still reach the destination by the date I requested and my order has not even been shipped. The customer service agent was the rudest customer service representative and should not be in this job. She in fact went on to write that I only respond if I have any queries about any other products of this order or else my email will not be entertained.
