I purchased one lahanga from this site. But the quality of product is not good, actually very bad. The product is not as that was looking in site. So please don't attract to the pictures and prices written below the product. After that I requested to return, they told u have to drop an email, I called the customer care but all in vein. Even there is no response of the mail also. This is how I waste my 1500 rs.

I ordered 2 blouses and a lehanga choli for Diwali on 29/09/2016 with mirra. Its my first time order with them. Festival over didn't get my lehanga choli yet. This morning received a parcel having only 2 blouses. Since one month I chased them with my Oder and finally they said Oder has been dispatched but they sent only 2 out of 3 items. Now I need to complain to PayPal for refund. Such a shameful service and worst experience ever had. Shame on you Mirraw team, because of you no new cloths for Diwali. They are rude and cheaters, don't buy anything from Mirraw.

Last month I ordered some clothes from this app. Before I ordered I talk to a person on the morras staff and did inquiry about the product. They said it looks the same as it is shown on the website and the person also said " madam it's the same product you seeing online don't worry." So I ordered and they gave me time that I was going to get my shipment by Oct. 25. But what do I say this that this product I got is so cheap and not even close to that picture what ever I saw online. So, I talk to them and after calling them every day after a week they agreed to cancel my order and send my money back within 48 hour with confirmation email. Right now it's been 3 weeks since I'm calling them every day, but I never got any payment back or any reply back for my emails. But now they stopped picking my phone and even if they pick by mistake they put me on hold and never answer back. I'm so frustrated that's why I want everyone to know about this fraud website. Everyone be ALERT and tell anyone you know about them!
Ordered lengthy choli and a suit both were of very poor quality. Also had to pay taxes to receive my parcel which was not explained by seller.
Website state 100% money back guarantee and when I questioned how I go about getting a refund was advised that delivery charges would be too high and any custom charges will be deducted from refund. So as a gesture of goodwill have been offered a 10% discount, what an insult!
Will take as far as possible as have spent £97.00 and have nothing to show for it.
Please do not be fooled by the pictures online as a replica is sent and they have the nerve to stay that their tailors cannot copy image seen online, they should be advertising what they are selling and not putting a picture online and they trying to make it.

Run away from this site. I've recently ordered 2 Salwar suits. The products displayed on the website and the product delivered are from two different worlds. The quality(?)... don't expect any. Absolute waste of money and time on something totally worthless. If I had a chance I would have given zero stars. They lure people with decent looking products but the one that you end up getting is not even close. Cheap, cheap, cheapest!

I ordered a lehenga choli from this website and the description clearly said

Dupatta fabric Georgett
Skirt length 56 inches.
Paid $38 for custom stitching and shipping costs.
The product sent to me was whole Net fabric, skirt was 5 inches short. Emailed them that theyve sent me a wrong product, and they replied me saying our website clearly says that there will be Little variation. So if you order an apple and if they send you a pear, according to them this classifies as little variation and not a wrong product. Asked them to refund my money back, but I was told that the shipping cost and stitching costs is not refundable and most they can do is offer me 10% - 20% of the product costs. Well than I asked them to send me the right product with right measurement, but no reply.
So guys be careful if you get wrong product sent, you have to keep and pay for it, regardless the error was from their side and forget about refund. I have shopped online so many times with different countries and never had an experience like this before. I myself own and work in retail industry and I understand consumer rights very well. Its not about money, its about principal of business ethics and honesty.
I just want to warn everyone please do not order from this website. I had the worst experience ever and wish no one to go through this. I am working on taking this matter further.
Worst experience i have ever had i had placed an order for two products on 9th oct 2016.The one received on 17th oct 2016 is totally different from the picture shown on the website and the material is also very very cheap and bad. And i m still waiting for the second product till date and inspite of sending mails to team mirraw i am not getting any response from their side and the customer care number given on the website is also fake you keep on trying and they will not take your call every time they will flash an audio tape -your call is important to us, we'll get back to you- plz plz do not buy from mirraw

I don t know why you cheat customers and sell them rubbish. Items look great in pictures and even the description of the product looks attractive but when one receives the product it looks quite different from what was shown in the website and everything different from description. Is cheating customers and stealing their money a way to make business in your company?

I made a purchase a lehenga for £58.00 on the 15 September and it's already been over a month and did not hear from them. I called and since the past few weeks they said its going to be soon n still nothing came! I email loads of time n no respone! I guess its a fraudulent company no clear response worst customer service will never buy again! Not even sure if i am going to receive my parcel as i was going to use this for a wedding for next week n im going away for the wedding! I need to spend again to buy other outfit!

I purchased 4 salwars from Mirraw on September 23rd, plenty of time before I needed the outfits for Diwali at the beginning of November. The expected delivery date was October 18th.
I received 2 of the salwars on Oct 18th. I called Mirraw the next day asking when the remaining 2 salwars would arrive. I was told they were out of stock and were therefore never shipped. From Sept 23-Oct 19th I was never refunded nor told (by email or phone) that my item was out of stock and had not been shipped. As a customer, I am shocked that a business can continue to run and not deliver items that have been ordered and paid for.
They took my $264 but only sent me half of my order. In the 4 weeks that it took for half my order to arrive, they never sent me an email and never called me to let me know that I needed to order something else (as I needed these items for my Diwali function). As a customer, I can't believe they did not refund me between Sept 23-Oct 19th! They only refunded me after I called them saying I didn't receive the order.
I told the gentleman on the phone that if he could express deliver these items for me (or any other similar type of salwar), that would solve my problem. I received no help from him, instead he told me to navigate to the Mirraw website for another purchase. When I told him all I needed was a notification saying these items were out of stock, he said they didn't have the time to let me know this information. (out of words here.)
My advice would be to save your money and time and STAY AWAY from this website.
This is probably the worst online shopping experience i am having with mirraw.com and with its customer care service. I have ordered jewellery for worth 6000 and requested the return for few of them. I did not find any return option available on site so i did it with mobile app.in app also there was server error while return. When i call customer care no one answered from past two days and no reply for the mail also.
I am assuming my money is gone. They are cheaters please dont buy anything from this site.

Bought a dress. Was good. Ordered second time 3 dresses, one came with nothing like in the pic. All the embroidery missing from the neckline, sleeves, ghera, no lining, the dupatta is in net, instead of chiffon... advertised. All together looks pretty cheap of no use for all that money I paid for it. Rest 2 they r still asking me the measurements for the 3rd time! Upon asking they don't recognise u all of a sudden your order number is not valid. As if they all r on a vacation. Always the automated email comes. Thanx for writing. Do not use this website. I returned two jewellery sets in July, also have proof of posting which I have sent them and despite numerous emails they have not credited my account. In fact they are not even replying to my emails now I have lost $80. DO NOT USE THEM.
I placed an order one month back. We still haven't received it. We have tried calling you many times- get automated response that you will call back. No one calls. I have sent multiple emails. Get automated response saying you will respond in 48 hours. No response for the past one month! And now I get another automated email from your team saying you are closing the case, and "Hope I am satisfied with your service" REALLY?! WHAT DO YOU THINK?
I sent a private message to Mirraw on FB, not wanting to parade your dirty laundry in public and give you a chance to explain yourselves. You said you will send me the updated status, no response again. Now I have completely lost my patience with you. I am posting on every possible forum - Whatever it takes for your royal highness to respond!
Honestly, no matter how lovely your products are, if this is how you treat your customers and their money, I guarantee you wont sustain. At the least, if your company had been responsive to queries and not have a "fake automated customer service" where no one responds, we would have felt reassured that you are working on the order and we can see light of day at some point. This just seems like robbery under the garb of an online business.

Answer: Yes they are fraud, I placed and order and just days of receiving the order I get an email that some part of my order is not available but the website still shows available and it can still reach the destination by the date I requested and my order has not even been shipped. The customer service agent was the rudest customer service representative and should not be in this job. She in fact went on to write that I only respond if I have any queries about any other products of this order or else my email will not be entertained.
