VERY DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed an order, it arrived on the said date, however it was missing 3 items. It was impossible to reach they customer support line so I emailed them with the details of the missing items and they replied that one of the items was no longer available, so they would refund me for it. But I had received the item they said was no longer available. I tried calling them, it was impossible to get through by phone, so I emailed them again giving them again the detail of the 3 missing items. They replied saying the item was no longer available so they would refund me for it, referring again to the item I already had received, and said they had shipped the remaining items. At this point, I didn't know which two items they had sent, so I waited for the package, which thankfully arrived quickly. I tried calling them, again without success. My boyfriend called them from Delhi, whoever spoke to him said they would resolve the issue and I would receive an email confirmation with the tracking information. No one ever followed up and when I emailed them, they refused to send the missing item, although it is in their inventory. They said they would refund me, yet they did not return my money. DON'T TRUST THEM.

Never received products. Asked for a refund a month later.

Worst customer service ever. The only message you get back from customer service is "We would like to inform you that we have escalated the issue to the concerned team, please allow us X hours so that we can check and update you on the status of the product. " X varies from 24-48-72hrs.

The best part is that the ticket you raised gets immediately closed with a message "We hope that the ticket was resolved to your satisfaction. If you feel that the ticket should not be closed or if the ticket has not been resolved, please reply to this email".

Every time you try to contact them back, you get into the same loop.

I am honestly surprised that I even received an item since many other customers didn't receive anything. However the lhenga that I ordered was supposed to be a silk skirt with a velvet top (according to the picture). What I got was a top and skirt made from rough cotton. The design was different from the picture and it actually turned out very ugly. The skirt was not finished at all- there was no lining and the paper lining that is attached to the embroidery was in tatters all in the inside of the skirt.

I knew that buying from MIrraw was a risk, and it is not one that I will take again. My recommendation is to pay a little bit more for a bit more quality. You'll have better luck with sites like indianweddingsaree and lashkaraa.

This is absolutely a fraud and cheat company. DON'T EVER BUY PRODUCT from this website. I just want to mention some fraud employees name who are really trained about how to constantly lie with the customers. If any of Indian know them personally kindly mention their name to Indian federal police. So they can take action against this fraud company.

I had a terrible experience. Would not recommend anyone in my life for this website. So don't trust what they informed about the product in the website. If you do, you'll be deprived and lost your money.

I ordered $400 worth of products in mirraw, when order they did not mentioned anything about custom fee, then when they deliver the parcel I paid $150 custom fee. I called mirraw, one of the guy talked to me very rude. He said they can't do anything with the custom tax, and he did not even explain to me properly. He was very rude, I told him I never going to order again, so he said it's ok. That's it from that company. Never ever order guys!

Do not buy from them. It is a complete scam. Placed order M******* with them for 2 items. These were not the "star replica" items. They sent some look alike cheap products that I would not dream of wearing in public. Awful quality and stitched completely incorrectly. Their support first claimed that all their products are replicas and you will just get something close, not what you see on the image. The colors, material even size can be different. I send them images of the product and the stitching and despite showing that the stitching doesn't match, they claim it does - it is off by 4 inches in some places! They just have form answers that they respond with. If you think you are going to get something cheaper on their site its because it is a fake. They even try to replicate the inexpensive items. If I could give them 0 star I would have.

I was so impressed by all the products in this website, But as a usual act of caution, I only ordered 1 salwar from them and then wanted to order another huge list of items.
But the salwar that was delivered was so cheap material and bad colour shade, design. It was not worth the price I paid for. It looks similar to what was displayed, but not the same kind. I send them feedback and unistalled the app from my phone. But they never bothered to respond. Its been more than 5 months now and still never feel like wearing that salwar. Very bad don't buy. Or buy some cheap product and test first.

I ordered a Salwar from this company (product ID *******). Within a minute or two after I completed my order, I saw the SAME Salwar under a different product id and for a much lower price. When inquired about the different prices, I was told to contact the sales team by phone only. When I phoned several times, no answer. I got suspicious and asked for a refund. I was emailed that a refund request has been submitted and it will take 8-10 business days. Sixteen business days later, still no refund. I emailed then and I was told the request has been escalated to the account team and I should hear from then within 72 hours. Its been over 100 hours (4 days) and still no refund or an update. This company does not live up to its promises. Do not buy from them!

M******* - I ordered 4 pieces, received 21 that were absolutely ridiculous quality and no where near to what was shown on the website so I sent them back. 1 piece I returned at point of delivery and cancelled the 4th one. I have been following up for a refund for 7 weeks now and I haven't received it as yet. Phone calls, emails nothing seems to help. Today they have sent me an email saying the ticket has been closed and that I should rate them. I will rate this company as a THIEF only here to fool and con us.

I placed a $127 of order on mirraw with order number of M******* on October 15 th 2016. Initial delivery date was assign as 27 Oct.My money is already transferred from paypal, but order is not delivered as promised I called them several times, and no one bothers to to answer the call, its pathetic service, if you cannot fulfill the order, then please do not advertise it and please refund it ASAP. This is a fraud and untrustworthy company.

I placed an order in Mirraw on October 26. Order number: M*******

By mistake I have paid twice( M*******) the stipulated amount of the order.
The problem with all this is that they have also charged me that double amount of the order, and not come back the rest of money.
And my items has not yet sent to me. They says what only have one invoice but in my account bank I had twice payment did from Mirraw.It second time I was ordered in Mirraw and they not to answer my messages not Returned the money and not To sent me my order. I ordered 5 items and have spend 240$ for nothing. They not resolved my problems I'm still waiting. Very very bad experience and very disappointed and frustrated, I not have words. My advice for all never buy nothing from this website. All my hopes and illusion has broken, without money and items. The worst experience.

I bought a saree from mirraw last week. The saree was in a terrible condition. It was totally different from what was shown in the picture. I asked them for a refund, but they said I have to bear the cost of return shipping. When I enquired in the post shop, they said that the return shipping cost would be $120. Which was around the same as the price of the saree. They do it on purpose, as they know that no one would spend such a huge amount on return shipping alone.
PLS DONT BUY PRODUCTS FROM MIRRAW!
