Hi, I ordered clothes on the 18 December 2016 after payment I specify that I need clothes for festive period which is 30 December 2016. The company confirmed that the clothing will be ready in time. On the 31 January nothing recieved I contacted the company they reply bysaying stitching is not done. I iimmediately request cancellation and refund as festive period is over.The company refused they immediately send for stitching every day staff pressure me in email harassed me to take this delivery they are very unprofessional. Finally i recieved an email clothes was shipped. I recieved a call from delivery company harassing to collect clothes. I finally collect while open thé parcel i was shock color is very different from pictures seen while purchasing, its just horrible colors, clothes was not stitched by designer stitched wear as it does not have a styling shape like pictures, to concluded the stitched clothes does not fit, great difficulty to passe through head, very tight can't move hands and arm. Hopefully I was refunded the clothes are of no use. I am happy justice has been made for my case.

I ordered 6 items on two separate shipments from this company. The sarees I ordered were not the material that was not mentioned in the website. The blouse material didn't even match for one of the sarees (I asked for material only). When I called and asked to return for a refund, they told me that it would cost me more for shipping and return fees so it would be better if I keep it.
So this time I thought I would give them a second chance and ordered some salwars as well as lehenga material for my daughter. The salwar stitching was horrible! I understand there may be some discrepancies between The colors that are on the website and the colors that we receive and some of the embroidery or designs etc., but the dresses that I received looked much much different than what was shown on the website. The way they were stitched was not the way that they were shown on the website. For example for an umbrella cut type salwar they stitched it more like a straight salwar. The materials that they use for the sleeves look like they cut it out from here and there and just patched it together. The finishing was horrible. The back in the front of the soul of our material was not even lined up so the embroidery was above and below in the front and the back and it looked really awkward. One of the silvers I ordered was too long and looked more like something someone would wear to sleep. The measurements were completely off for 2 of them. One of them had stitching coming off and one of the materials were torn. These are not things that happen during transport. The torn material is at a spot on the top that cannot be fixed.
I contacted them and they said I would receive a call from the stitching department. But then what?
I would never recommend this site to anyone and will never be buying from them again.

I ordered 5 sarees from them for 110$. I received the product at the correct time, but the product was very poor in quality and the blouses, fall were not stitched. I had paid for standard blouse stitching and fall stitching and nothing was done. When i emailed them to refund my stitching and pico charges alone along with the shipping charges and not for the bad product, they replied back telling me that they did not see a charge was made for stitching.
They keep changing the prices everyday, so i couldn't go back and track my order and stitching charges.

I sent them the details of the payment i made, but they kept sending me the same reply that i did not pay for the stitching.

It was my fault ordering from them, will never make this mistake again and will never refer them to my friends

This is by far the worst experience I've had with an online shopping company. I ordered some products for my wife to surprise her for a party. When I originally ordered the product, it said that it will be here in 3 weeks. I didn't receive the product after 6 weeks. The event came and passed and they still didn't send it. When I finally received the product, one of the products were not right in the order and the quality was significantly below what was expected. We frequently order from other websites and we have never had this kind of experience. Save your money and order from another site.

They are the worst in every way possible! It's a scam. There's just no customer service, you can try all you want to get in touch with them but you simply won't be able to. They advertise 24/7 customer support over phone, the phone numbers provided are fake. You will never get through. All my ordered items were supposed to be stitched but one 3 were and other 3 weren't! The actual cloths itself doesn't even come close to what's shown in pictures on the website, the fabrics are completely different then what was written in description. It's just so low quality and horrible stitching. Don't waste your money on this website!

When I was surfing on their website they told that they will deliver in 7 days & so I placed an order on 21 & still it's not in transit yet. When I was about to do check out they told I will get 5% discount if my order is above $150 but they haven't gave me that discount.
We kept on calling them regarding status of our order and they were not responding properly & were just replying that they don't know when it will be delivered.

In short there are many others selling same or goods products at same price

Don't ever order from MIRRAW
They are liars & cheaters
They will rob you
They have just one business ethics just rob customers, collect money

Do not order from this website/company especially if you are abroad. I have suffered for 3 months after ordering sarees from Mirraw.com, and indeed still struggling to get my money back. I ordered two sarees in Sep 2016 after visiting their website wherein they had posted very alluring pictures of the sarees. When I received the products, they were no where closer to the pictures shown on the website. Forget that, they were defective, with bunch of threads hanging all over, needless to mention the quality. When I approached the customer service, they asked me to email with the actual photos. After numerous calls and emails, where in i think i convinced everyone in their team that they had cheated me with these products, they offered me 10-15% discount and asked me to get those defects tailored here, in the USA.
They asked me not to return the products since the cost of return shipping would be too high, which is valid, and so I offered to send those through a friend traveling to India and ship it through domestic courier, at my own cost. Oh well, Mirraw did not agree to pay domestic return shipping within India as well. Which is hardly a couple 100 rupees. After they received the sarees, they did not acknowledge, as expected from this "wonderful" company. After I emailed and called them again, they told me that they have initiated the refund (excluding the onward shipping costs too). Now, it has been 3 weeks since they told me that the refund has been initiated but it is no where to be seen on my credit card.
This company does not deserve to operate.
If you do not want to get into this kind of hassle, DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM MIRRAW. Never had such an experience before with any company.

Their quality sucks. I bought 5 sarees on total and the quality was very bad those sarees werent as they stated and it didnt look like in the picture at all. I ordered from mirraw long time ago and I didnt like the products so i sent it to mirraw via USPS and now its been almost two months they wouldnt refund me for it. I asked them to refund the money and also sent a proof of document however they still tell me they cannot track it and they wont give me my money back. I had a horrible experience and i wish no one would buy from them. They had very bad quality clothes and they donot even return their money the products.

The reason I went for buying stuff from this site is because the designs seemed to be sutble and classy. But what I got was exactly opposite!
These people cheat the customers by putting designer costumes as reference images and the real product quality is terrible!

I ordered a lehenga and the product I got was not even a bit similar to what was shown in the image. It looked so cheap.

Even the refund scheme sucks! You have to bear the pain of sending back the stuff and the wait for your money is never ending.
