Terrible experience never had before. They posted a picture very nice may be original design and send totally opposite, trash quality and color. They are fake, fraud. They are bad scam. Never go this website.
I spent a good bit of money and received the package after several emails back and fourth. They posted pictures of original designer clothes but send extremely bad quality material, bad colors. It's basically fake, fraud and scam website, advertising profoundly on face book and other social media network.
Extremely bad stitching, didn't stitch one of mt dress even after charging the stitching and after all the sending pictures and phone calls never refunded money.
My dresses had stains and holes. All I got is crap, unwearable trashy material.
Please be aware.

The Bad:
- Bad quality of website
The website does not give you a detailed description of the material and the zoom feature is non existent. I bought material thinking that the dupatta was a peach color, it turned out to be a bright rani pink, which I didnt want at all. Also, you can't really make out what the proper color is - I thought I was looking at a peach dupatta with golden flowers embroidered on it, instead it was a bright pink with gold and dark green embroidery.
- Stitching team sucks
I opted for custom stitching, and the stitching team contacted me via email. I specifically mentioned that I was not looking for a floor-length Anarkali and that I wanted it to end a few inches above my ankle. But no, I got an Anarkali that sweeps the floor and makes me trip, even in heels - at least 6 - 8 inches too long for the measurement I provided. Plus the fabric was so voluminous, I looked like I was wearing a curtain.
Due to the colors and the bad stitching, I am pissed with the final product. I wrote to customer service, they offered 10% off the product cost, which is peanuts.
I am glad I didn't spend a ton of money; I am going to consider this purchase as bad judgement on my part - I did order from a shady website, its my fault.
That said, please look elsewhere if you want to make a purchase. You will most likely be disappointed with the final product, as they do not pay attention to what the customer wants and the product quality is cheap.
I would recommend buying only material from their website and getting it stitched elsewhere. They do not accept returns for custom-stitched products, but you possibly can send material back if you do not like the color or quality. This should be the last resort, however, if you do have a choice, avoid buying from here.

I am absolutely disgusted and gutted with the level of quality of their service. The fitting was all wrong for shirts. The blouses for the sarees were too short and wrong measurements and peti cotes, that I paid for, were missing.
There was also a suit they I did not order and instead of them saying to me that they dont have it in stock, they replaced it with a horrible off-white suit which I will not be wearing. They should be ashamed of themselves. I will NOT be placing an order from them again and warn others not to fall for their scam.
On top of everything I was made to pay £21 to DHL for taxes, which they conveniently forgot to mention!
I have ordered for Red embroidered viscose saree with blouse by Stylefunia (product ID *******) and made the payment by Net banking of Rs. 939/- on 19th january, 2017 which has been debited from my account and State bank of India has confirmed its transaction with merchant but this site has been telling me that the payment is pending. Till date i have not received my product nor my money back.
So, I suggest all other customer to be careful and not to order anything from this site.
Ordered 4 salwar khameez. And lehengas. Poor quality of fabric and lace, poor stitching. The photos on website are deceiving. Poor return policy. Planning to lodge a complain to FBI, FTC. Disappointed Site Jabbar has not taken any action. Wish I had read reviews before ordering. A couple of people showed likes on FB and I wonder what they purchased. Would not be surprised if the company disappears in a few months and stats a new business under another name. I think clothes sold on Indian streets have better quality. Deserve zero stars but that is not an option.

The worst company that i ever shopped. Quality was extremely poor, wasn't same as they shown in the picture. Feeling very upset as i spent quite a lot. Stiching was horrible & all over the place. None of my item wasn't good.

The saree did not look like the pic. Very very poor quality. Think before u order. They is nocustomer service that u can talk to.

This company is fake! You do not get what you ordered. They say if you're not happy with your purchase you can return items at your own cost. The sales manager just didn't get my point - I WAS HAPPY WITH WHAT I CHOSE! I was not happy with the copy/inferior peice of $#*! they had sent!
I ordered a yellow saree and got a deep Orange saree, quality was very bad.
The blouse was very badly stitched, not the way or the size that i wanted. They would not return it either saying its a 'stitched material'. Nonsense. Never buy from Mirraw, BIG rip off. Not worth the money at all.
I bought 4 saree's in December. Got them on 22nd December. Quality was pathetic and none of the blouses fit to the size. Stitching was awful. I complained to Mirraw and they offered me a 20% discount. However, Last Friday I was going to the temple and wanted to wear one of the saree's. I realised it was only 4 meters and did not fit at all. I wrote to Mirraw and got a reply that it is over a month and they will not do anything. I paid $50 AUD for that sarees and I cant even where it now. This is a rip off and fooliing customers with faulty items. And when use ask to return the items, they ask to pay postage even though it is their fault.

Below is the reply I got.
Ordered jewellery twice. Was extremely happy with first delivery n looked great. Hence ordered two more sets second time... second jewellery came faulty. Was expensive as had paid already 80 pounds. They said they will pay 10% discount which was of no use to me. Finally they agreed since faulty they shall pay for return n refund. Sent via royal mail with tracked. Had already paid tax when jewellery arrived to country n hence was a costly affair. Product wasn't delivered despite being 20 days although tracking had ended. Customer service is very monotonous with response n can get annoying. All numbers on website are rubbish n gets disconnected. Finally after multiple mails I got my product refunded but never got money for the postage they promised. Don't have the time and energy to chase this. All in all if the jewellery comes correctly iys still good buy. If it comes faulty it's an absolute pain. Hence confused and disappointed...
I ordered 2 dresses, stitched to my measurements. One didn't fit because they made too big (not to my measurements though it's a custom stiching and the other was too tight. Asked for them to either fix the dress (if I sent it back), or have refund. Both were refused.
They accept it's their fault but they say we can't accept the return and refund that money because it's not their policy! Really stupid policy.
The customer care team avoid us when we call. After hearing all our complaints they just disconnect the call.

They did want to give me 30% credit for future use, but I don't want to buy from them again when they do such bad quality stitching, so for me this was a total loss.
Extremely upset with my purchase. These people are fraud and they don't attend any of your needs. My order was in absolute shambles everything was falling apart. Stitching was horrible and roughly done, colours didn't match and my items didn't even look the same as the pictures from their website.

Answer: Yes they are fraud, I placed and order and just days of receiving the order I get an email that some part of my order is not available but the website still shows available and it can still reach the destination by the date I requested and my order has not even been shipped. The customer service agent was the rudest customer service representative and should not be in this job. She in fact went on to write that I only respond if I have any queries about any other products of this order or else my email will not be entertained.
