Ordered a saree and when it arrived I was shocked it was two pieces of cloth stitched together the width was 36" whereas a normal one has 45" sending back will be another expense so keeping it as coat for my lab-retrevier so if you see a dog wearing a saree and you like it u know the website.
Out of three items I ordered, they only delivered two in which one item was damaged and wrong size. I emailed them several times about my other item to deliver, but you only get automatic responses saying they will contact you, but they never response personally. My big mistake was I ordered the items before reviewing about the Mirraw. I give them zero rating.
I ordered an expensive saree online through mirraw.com. I was supposed to receive the order withing 15 working days. I received email from them that they are having technical error and order is delayed. I received this messaged a few times before they sent an email saying that the saree I ordered went out of stock and I will get full refund within 7 working days. I never recieved my money. Upon multiple emails they kept on saying next 3-7 days then next 3 days and so on. I am still waiting from my refund for an order I never received.
Worst Raised to the power of infinity - customer care experience. Ordered a thing and got some thing in return. When asked for a reason, they said they wont be able to replace the right one because it will cost them extra shipping. Told me they will offer 20% discount. But it has been more than 2 months and none was refunded. When i try emailing them, they wont even respond. If you open a ticket, you get emails like SPAM from them saying thanks for opening the ticket and the ticket is closed. If there was an option of 1/2 star, i would have given that. Don't trust this site. Stay away from them. I'm so annoyed and frustrated with their service. They don't know how to do business. They lack fundamentals and professional ethics by all sense.
After placing my order, I happen to read reviews and cancelled the order in 12 hours. Mirraw customer service told me that refund will come in 8-10 working days. I was susceptible and called them twice in between to confirm that the refund is being processed and the response was positive all the time. After waiting for 10 days, there was no refund (as I expected) and I have to call them again. The response was still the same that they are processing the refund. Simply trying to delay or avoid refund. Sham site.

What you see online and order, and what gets delivered is totally different color and quality wise. I ordered 2 saree both of them didnot match the description, color and quality and missed a product while delivering. They don't have return and refund policy defined properly and I have been having several email exchanges which does not lead you anywhere. When you explain the inconsistency, quality issues and missing product, they reply back to say goodwill discount and not refund for the issues explained. When you wanted to connect with senior executive to explain, you will be shared only customer care and their support hour sucks or they don't answer the phone. Overall very very bad experience. I wish there should be online delivery shopping quality checking service, so I can compliant and theyvcan ensure only quality online shopping services are bailable. Not one more person will loose money and have such worst experience.
Mirraw is horrible place to buy. 10 days ago I ordered on line few saris from Mirraw. I had to pay extra dollars for the customs duties to the courier along with the saree price which was paid earlier. The sarees were torn in 2- 3 places. And added to that the material and colour was different from the order. When I contacted the customer care they did not even bother to receive my emails nor respond to it. Now I am ended up with torn sarees. I do not recommend any one to buy saris from Mirraw.
I had bought an outfit for $60 and then had to pay added customs of $30, the outfit is a cheap knock off of the the picture they had advertised, it was poor quality, not even worth anything, they advertise items and send cheap quality crap that you won't even want to wear, I am extremely disappointed with the item and urge people not to buy from them as they will suffer the same faith as I did.
the saree came with parts of border unstitched, paid A$100, when I complained I was told that i will get 15% back to get it fixed. they said there is no way the designer can make it same as original. I told them I am not worried if it is a replica or original but at least it should have been sewed properly. I have bought from many other sites and can get a really good quality product for $100. stay away , it is a horrible site and very poor customer service
I ordered items to the value of $60 (+-R900). I was then told to pay customs of R1216 and I could not understand this. Then I looked at the value stated by Mirraw which was +R2200 hence the customs calculation. I have sent various emails to Mirraw to have this corrected or to provide me with a proper invoice. They simply ignore emails. I have another friend that also purchased items and she was getting quick correspondence until she asked if she could have her items delivered by a different courier company. Now she hears nothing at all. I don't know if there are dealings between Mirraw and DHL. Further, I have purchased items online from various countries and I have never had to pay a customs fee before the item was in transit status. There is something that does not seem right going on here.
I agree with a lot of of people on this site. Had I read the reviews first I would not have ordered at all and wasted my money... i have received the goods but the material is of an inferior quality, the workmanship is also bad. The stitching and threads are coming out. It's terrible to see that company's like this send products in these conditions to customers. I will definitely spread the word that this site cheats people out of their money. Disgusted and disappointed in my first online Indian experience.
Dont ever plan an event or a special occasion trusting on the delivery of the product from these people

Mirraw is the horrible company to buy your indian stuff from. I placed an order from them and they never got back to my questions for a week. When I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money, they didn't do that either. Despite calling them and repeatedly emailing them I still haven't got confirmation on cancellation of my order. I just spent an hour on phone with them, on international rate/time and still my query was unresolved. Do not buy from them, you will regret. It's painful!
I ordered for $92 worth of product and I never received my product and after asking for the status over and over of my shipment, I, finnaly, received an email asking me to pay double of what I already paid for the products. I asked for refund and that never happened. It is a fraud site to take your money away. Don't know how come they did not get into criminal charge so far.

Don't go into this site they are completely fake. Bought a dress and it came completely different. There excuse was in there disclaimer it says slight differences, but the dress was completely wrong. Won't give refund really bad people $#*!ing bastards. Only if they were close I would stick that dress up there arse especially in Nizam Shaikh.

Had a terrible experience shopping with Mirraw.com. I received a faulty product and they do not wish to take it back and refund the money. According to their policy, the customer has to bear the cost of returning. Very poor cutomer service! Please be careful.
Needless to say about the product quality, It's been more than a month since they claim they have initiated my refund, they still say the payment is in process. For the emails, they keep apologizing which they stop after sometime. NEVER EVER THINK OF BUYING STUFFS FROM THEM.

Answer: Yes they are fraud, I placed and order and just days of receiving the order I get an email that some part of my order is not available but the website still shows available and it can still reach the destination by the date I requested and my order has not even been shipped. The customer service agent was the rudest customer service representative and should not be in this job. She in fact went on to write that I only respond if I have any queries about any other products of this order or else my email will not be entertained.
