I bought a lengha and paid for shipping charges but when the product arrived I am told to pay further charges which makes the product cost far more than the local shops. I have asked them to recall the item as I refuse to pay these additional costs but to date they constantly send me mails asking how was the service. What service! Pathetic... dont respond to mails... first and last I will deal with them.: People in South Africa be very wary of this website. I am still waiting for my refund.

I ordered a nice dress online with a great deal from these people. They sent me a cheap material dress that looked completely diffrent than the dress I ordered. I tried to ask them to refund the money back and they only offered to give me 15% back and to keep the ugly dress due to custom stitching. The stiching was completely not accurate as well. They falsified the dress. I was in horror when I received it. I was supposed to wear it to a wedding and I was now stuck with nothing. Had to make a trip to a city that sells Indian clothing and spend 4 times more money because of this. PayPal also did not want to refund me the money why back because the seller told them I was just not happy with the dress which PayPal doesn't accept as a good reason to get a refund. After fighting with PayPal and showing proof, they offered me a "one time courteousy refund." I was just shocked! Please do yourself a favor and don't buy from this website!!!!!!!!!!

I can't tell you how frustrating it was to deal with them. The website is all glossy, but product are cheaply made, and were so poor that I had to get a tailor to fix and he was shocked to see the workmanship on some of these.

They take forever to respond. I ordered 3 products and only 1 was received. I was told the tailor could not redo the other 2... i was like really. What the hell? I am an average size woman.

The refund took 90 days. Never ordering. I wish they had 1/2 star.

Hi All,

I have 3 salwars and 2 sarees in mirraw online portal. 2 salwars are delivered to me. But the quality of those product is very very very poor. The stitching is also very very poor. The neck design is floral pattern but they stitched it as a round neck. They sent an email that one Saree is out of stock and the voucher will be issued for this. But I didn't receive the voucher. The remaining status is still in dispatched status since 2 weeks. I have ordered all this items 24 days back. I have ever seen such a bad experience.

I have ordered silk suit as it was on cash on delivery option so they send me without any delay... But when I check the material of the suit it was not of silk & was in cotton material, more then that it was defected piece. It is so horrible & shameful for the site... They r making people fool to earn. So don't order anything from this site, they never send oroginal material. It's useless to waste money on mirraw... useless site. We don't have option of 0 rating. Shameless

I placed an order for an item and after two days I was told that they have defective item and asked me to buy another. I told them to refund, they did but charged me $5 for cancelling order. Big cheaters, beware!

BUYER BEWARE

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MIRRAW. I spent £200 and purchased 2 wedding lehengas, both were described as silk, both described as embroidered. Neither was embroidered. Both poor quality printed fabric. Neither blouse was as depicted in the photograph. One skirt was of such poor quality silk that they have ironed stiffening to the back. The other silk is more like 95% polyester (and I have a diploma in textiles) and the pattern is not even similar to that in the photograph.

I literally cried when I received the material. It was such a disappointment. After reading the reviews, I did not think there was a use in sending it back because their customer services were useless (when trying to arrange for them to send and charge me for a second set of blouse material - they rarely replied to emails and sent the material without acknowledging my request). I realised that if it was sent back I probably would not get my money back.

I bought one lehenga from Sareeka however and their customer service was amazing. I was reticent after reading their reviews, but they have amazing staff in their customer services now (March 2017). They arranged for a second blouse and sent me a payment request through Paypal. They were just awesome, so I have ordered more through them since.

Liars and thieves

A collection of thieves who refuse to honor their return policies or their customer satisfaction guaranteed policies. I spent 240 USD, but the product sent to me was only worth 40 usd. Cheap fabrics and it looks like it was sewed in a kimdergarden class! They won't establish a return and only say that the product is no good to them now. They have offered a 25% refund. If I steal your wallet, is it alright as long as I return 25% if it? Do not do business with these thieves.

Very very poor

I ordered a salwar suit from mirraw. They send it on time but the stiching was so bad. They stiched back side as front and front side as back. I have spent 40 pounds. When I complained they said they will offer 15 percent discount on the damaged product. Please everybody on earth please boycott this stupid company. There dress materials are not high quality and they just politely create ticket fir complaints. I have to endup throwing my suit and wasted 40 pounds. Please do not order from this website. They are just advertising but they send damage piece for abroad customers. So so bad I just want everyone to keep in mind that throwing money in the bin is equal to ordering from mirraw. com.If there is zero mark I would hav e given that.

I live in North America and I ordered 2 dresses online. I already paid 1for the dresses including shipping but when it reached here DHL charged 45 CAD from me to deliver it and this was told to me earlier. I am sorry to say that I am not at all happy and will not recommend it to anyone.

DISGUSTING SELLER

Please do not buy anything from this seller. I bought two sarees a month ago and they are NOT in a good condition for use. Items are completely different from online pictures and cannot use. Extremely poor quality. I requested them a refund and Mirraw agreed to pay 20% of the item cost. But they did not refund any penny.

First this company claims to be in the USA it is not! We ordered two outfits decided on a different two outfits for our daughters called and asked to exchange it as the order had not left the warehouse. The first claimed they would do it so we ordered the other outfits so and told them just return the money for the first order. They decided to send the first order then refused to refund the money claiming we had to cancel in 24 hours. I will never order from this company again.

The quality of the cloths are very low, not as it looks in pictures. Also the cloths that are being sent are not well maintained. It smells like slum area/ hospital medicine smell. Shipping and transaction is smooth and faster. But product is not worth for its price.

Very Poor Quality

I orderd a necklace and a saree. The saree was very cheapline and not same as what was shown in the picture. Only thing that resembled in the pic was the color of the saree i received. The necklace was also very cheapline and broken. I sent them the pic of the necklace and they refunded me for it but unfortunately I had to keep the saree. Will never buy from them again because of poor quality
