If I can give this company negative stars I would. I placed an order for two items, after a month of waiting and checking the status (which was stuck on "stitching pending") of my purchases I didn't receive anything. I sent an email requesting additional info and wanted to know what was going on. I got an email stating that I was being refund for my return, and it was going to be a partial return, I paid $56.97 and was being refunded $37.30. I DID NOT request a return, I don't think this is fair at all. This company is a ripoff, I would never order or advice anyone to order from them again.

This company is clueless about its own responses and actions. Ordered 4 pieces of clothes, exchanged emails and phoned to get stitching for two of them, to no avail. Dozens of emails over six weeks, different departments and persons answering, no coordination, promises, no results. Then suddenly a fifth item appeared on my order-number, out of the blue. Cancelled the order and with help of paypal got the refund. If you have a very bored life and lots of time, it´s an adventure. But only order something very cheap through paypal, so that you can get refund at the end of the drama.

Quality of the clothes is not fit even to mop the floor. Websites looks glossy and is a cheating strategy of Mirraw. Material and stitching is worst and poor. Do not fall for the looks. This guy needs to be sued or should be taken to the consumer court.

I would have given 'No Star' had there been an option.

The company doesnt own any product, they sub con the job to smaller companies which over commit and delay delivering your order.

My order which i was supposed to receive three weeks back is still pending stitching.

I had order 8 products in total, while 6 were ready three weeks back, they dint want to send me the items that were ready already. I had even given them the option to ship domestically instead of International shipping.

The customer representative said the items are being shipped a week back, but no updates after that.

Dont waster your money on Mirraw.

I wish there was an option for zero stars for these fraud people and fraud site. Their website is a CHEAT as far as stitching. I ordered from there first of all it said free shipping for orders over $99.00 my total was over $99 and they were still charging me for shipping. I had to write them a. Emai about it which the resi came in several days later and got my free shipping. Secondly the website said $1 stitching which I never got the form in the email to fill out for my measurements wrote them an email about it and got response back just saying sorry and they will try to do better next time. Thirdly I had a text from DHL on Thursday saying my parcel would arrive on Monday and I was keeping track of my shipping and on Friday ur said it went back to shipper because of some paperwork issues. Mind you that I was really waiting for this because I wanted to wear the outfits for a wedding. I orderi on April 14 and as now I got nothing. I had also wrote them an email about this shipping and not gave gotten a response back. I am so disappointed I will never ever again order from these people and I suggest everyone not to order from here if these people were In USA they would have been closed for business. Only in India you would get away for $#*! like this. DON'T ORDER! DON'T ORDER!

Poor quality, poor stitching, they don't deliver goods on time. Never buy from mirraw. I have uploaded the pictures including originals from site so u can compare what i received from them. They are good at communication but products are of cheap quality. Products were received 10 days late and non the less, stitching is not correctly done, no good finishing it's as if learners are working on it. You can dispute and get full refund

Wish I could check all reviews before I replaced my order. You all are right this company is cheater I also order 3 things which ways cheap then pictures showing on website. And thing is I already did return things befor 48 hours but still I didn't received any answer back, hope I get my money back
Never buy India online I think everything India online are cheap and they don't know how to do business and it's not like they have less prices for all this dress materials.
Stupidity
But I know some one who can help me cuz I have all contact and I m gonna get my money back or they have to close this business ASAP
