I had an issue with items I purchased that were sent incorrectly. I messaged them on their Facebook Messenger and it was VERY quickly fixed. Amazing quality items too! This was my second order with them, and definitely not my last... Highly recommend!

I discovered Mint&Lily not long ago and immediately fell in love with the gold beaded bracelets. I began my collection with the original set of 3. Once I got those, I was hooked, they were gorgeous and I needed to add to them. I moved on to the bracelets with the birth stone and I ordered each one representing my kids and grandkids. I couldn't stop with those when I saw the larger beaded initial one so I bought that one, followed by the heart one. I believe anyone reading this review would understand that this jewelry is the kind that you just can't buy one and the layering look is the best look. I also layered mine with two Tiffany silver beaded bracelets and two 14k gold bracelets. I love the look on my right arm and I am constantly asked where all my pieces come from. I recommend Mint&Lilly to all who ask me.

I was in the market for some budget friendly rings when I came across Mint and Lily. I was not disappointed! The quality is sturdy and the finish is shiny. I'm so happy with my fidget ring. I did try two other styles that ended up not being my style, but the customer service helped make that right, too. They allowed me to keep the rings, and issued me a gift card from my purchase and an additional $20 to try new styles. I'm beyond happy with their positive attitude and flexibility :)

After gifting my daughter-in-law a paperclip bracelet for her birthday in February, the clasp broke in mid-April and I contacted Mint & Lily Customer Service. After sending photos of the broken clasp, they gave us the option of replacing the bracelet or a gift certificate for the full amount paid to use on any item on their website. My DIL opted for the gift certificate. Now that's what I call Great Customer Service!

Truly special jewerly

I was introduced to Mint and Lily Jewelry online store by my friend who ordered a special necklace honoring my son I tragically lost 5 years ago. It was his name magically hidden in the letters monogram. I could not hold tears seeing such a special gift from her. Another friend gave me a ring with my son's name which I barely taken off. These personalized jewelries are so delicate and beautiful that I do not want to take them off. The quality and design are impeccable. Hence, I ordered 3 stackable rings to continue honoring my son. They had arrived in 3 separate boxes. One of the three rings ordered was too tiny and not my size, so I had to return it back. The company's customer service group has incredible people (Ms. Gina in my case) who quickly responded to my email, took care of my issue and gave me a gift card so I would order something else for myself. I truly was touched by their professionalism and personal attitude to the customers. I have already ordered several items for my girlfriends, and I am sure they will be thrilled to receive such special gifts. Thank you Mint and Lily for brightening my days by the special pieces I wear almost every day.

I ordered a custom item that wasn't satisfactory when I received it.
I sent a photo to the support team and they agreed to credit me in full for the purchase. Customer services are not generally known to reply promptly but in my case they did. I'll definitely reorder!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I contacted mint and lily originally because I received the dainty rings and a diamond fell out 1 week after receiving it AND it tarnished from gold to silver after only a few days. They did sent me a replacement ring, and once again, only 2 weeks later, the new ring has tarnished and is missing 3 diamonds! To note, I only wear the rings when I leave the house, which is rare because I have a toddler and a 7 week old baby. I wear them 1-3 times a week MAX. When wearing them, I take them off to shower, wash my hands, and sleep. Very Poor quality. They did offer me store credit for the price of the rings, which I did not use because I'm not happy with the quality from the company. I requested a refund instead because I don't want to purchase anymore from them. They told me I have to send the original and replacement ring back to them for a refund. So my husband spent $94 on two rings that didn't even last 1 month, and now they want me to drive to a store to have a label printed and send damaged rings back. Which again, not easy to do with a newborn and toddler. I posted a video of the missing diamonds and the tarnishing comparison (rings were only gold color for 1 week and then turned silver). The fact that TWO rings tarnished and lost diamonds within a few wears tells that it's an overall quality issue and they are cheaply made. Feels like a scam to me due to poor quality with high price tag!

I received an order today in which one of the items sent was incorrect. I immediately contacted Mint & Lily via email and they responded quite quickly. Although a refund would have been my preference, I accepted the credit that was offered in order to purcahse the item I really wanted. My experience over all was pleasant and quick and I was pleased with the response.

I had ordered several bracelets a few months ago, but the color was brassy compared to my gold plated bracelets from other brands. I left a comment on an Instagram post from Mint&Lily, and within minutes, they had apologized on the post and messaged me directly to ask how they could help. I sent them photos to show the color of the bracelets next to my others, and they immediately sent a code for a gift card so I could order new ones. Their customer service was unexpectedly wonderful. Thank you to the brand for going out of your way to make me a very happy customer!
