Never received my orders. I was assured they were coming. They provided tracking link to an order that had been delivered 4 weeks earlier to another customer in a different state. When I met them know this, their customer service rep stopped responding to my emails. This company is a scam. It's. March 19th and still nothing.

Re the Paperclip initial pendant necklace: The gold finish is too bronze looking, not like 18k, and the silver is too stainless steel looking, not like sterling. Very disappointing!

Bad Experience

I bought my daughter and wife matching…
I bought my daughter and wife matching name bracelets for christmas. My daughters broke as she put it on, but no worries customer service rep Gina said they would replace it no problem... However, I have since been ghosted on the replacement after confirming a shipping address. No response to any of my emails since January 24th or shipping updates! This company also has zero customer service phone numbers to call. I have all the emails to post of proof of this experience.

WORST COMPANY EVER!

Their products are cheap and not as they appear. The earrings don't close and when you try to get a replacement or return them, all you get is the runaround. This company is a big SCAM.

I've been trying to get a refund for the defective product since December. I've sent at LEAST 20 emails. They keep promising me a return label and then they tell me I have to go through the website which says I'm out of the return window!

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN and DO NOT buy anything from them.

I bought their necklace with a monogrammed letter. Paper clip chain. It tarnished and look like crap. Do not recommend buying.
When I purchased this, it was a beautiful like gold as it shows in the picture. Not anymore.

Slow to ship, no communication and I went and looked back at my credit card statement as I've placed 3 orders with them and only received 2... haven't been able to speak with anyone so I see on statement I've got 3 charges of $21 and change for some sort of membership? No I want my money back CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARDS FOR CHARGES! And I have receipts not posting publicly

SCAM

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
Ordered a necklace and paid extra for shipping. Never received it. Called them several times and they told me they don't reimburse for shipping. Also, they can't reimburse me for the product since it's still in transit (for over a month!)
When searching the tracking number it turns out a label was created and the item was never shipped. So, they charged me for the product and shipping but now will not reimburse for anything. After weeks of going back and forth I'm contacting my credit card company.
Also, don't read the reviews on their website, they are fake. Look up independent sites.

The jewelry is very cheesy compared to how it looks online. So I definitely recommend going into a store to buy jewelry. Before buying from mint & chity. I've just bought some sense. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Then they also charge a 25% fee. To restock their cheesy products. DON'T DO IT!

Won't gove refunds

Even when returning a defective item - they will deduct a 25% re-stocking fee plus shipping. Which basically means you will only get about half your money back on the item

I still have not received my order from December, 2024. I ordered a bracelet and added an inscription. Paid for expedited delivery because I was given an estimated delivery date of 12/24. I still have not received the bracelet and they refuse my request to cancel the order and refund my money because I requested an inscription, however, they also confirmed that the bracelet has yet to be made. The bracelet has been in their "que" for weeks but hasn't been produced and they won't provide details on when the bracelet will be ready and shipped despite numerous requests.

Terrible Customer Service
December 30, 2024

I ordered 4 items on Dec. 2,2024 for Christmas gifts. Was told arrival would be Dec. 18-19th. Customer service replied they were "sorry" and offered me a $20 gift card, with no response on when my order would ship. Today is Dec. 30th. No response, no items received. DO NOT BUY from them. I am going to claim FRAUD with my credit card company that I used to purchase my order.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I PLACED AN ORDER 12/10/24 AND PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING to have by no later than 12/20/2024 AND THEY HAVEN'T EVEN SHIPPED MY ORDER YET. I ordered 6 items total and none of the 6 have been shipped BUT THEY ARE STILL TAKING ORDERS ON THERE SITE AS WELL AS THROUGH AMAZON GUARANTEEING Christmas Delivery. DO NOT BELIEVE IT. PER GINA Mint and Lily " I want to be transparent that we're experiencing some delays due to the high volume of holiday orders. " that was her response to my email from today 12/19/2024 but they are still saying Christmas delivery on multiple websites...smh

I just received my order from you guys,They were the tiny stackable rings. Very disappointing on quality of name on rings. The rings are very thin and you can barely read names. I have ordered from you before, and every time I get my product it is not what I see on your site. Plus the gold color is really ugly. I am sorry but won't be ordering from you again. Very, Very Disappointed.

I ordered personalized earrings and they are at the top of the ugly list never to be worn by anybody I bought them for -they are put away, but the customer service was really nice and she gave me a gift card for the entire amount to buy something else so I did and I honestly, honestly don't like any of that either But live and learn!

Pave Stones Fall Out

Purchased a pave initial necklace. I wore it two days and one of the stones fell out. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new on right away. However, upon opening the box of the new necklace it was already missing a pave stone! Contacted customer service again who promptly replied that they were so sorry and would take care of it. I could have a replacement or a gift card. I told them I wanted a replacement, again. They promptly replied that they could not give me a replacement for a replacement piece of jewelry and I would have to take a gift card. Ok, I wrote that I'll take the gift card. Again, they promptly write me back that they cannot give me a gift card! And if there was anything else they could do let me know. I told them this is unacceptable and I want my money back. Absolutely no reply after two emails. Would not recommend!

Size and tarnish

I am very disappointed in the ring I purchased from you. It is so thin that you can't even see the birthstones. The ring in the picture appears thicker. The picture must have been magnified, that makes you believe that the band is thicker. Also I have had the ring for 2 days and the plating is coming off and turning my finger black. I would like to send this ring back and receive a full refund or I will have to dispute this charge, with my credit card company. How do I go about sending this ring back?

Horrible Quality

The jewelry was of horrible quality, matching swap meets. My earrings came broken, tarnished and very very dirty with no option for a refund nor exchange. There's a reason they've been on sale for so long.
