Mint and Lily are scam artists and their products are the most cheap and ridiculous jewelry I've ever bought. They target you on IG and it's the first and the last time I'll ever buy any product I see on IG. Not only will they send you these baby sized rings that you have to use a microscope to see any engravings…they will gaslight you via emails into thinking they'll refund your money, (THEY WILL NOT)! They will lie and say they never received the merchandise back that you returned and then will lie to your credit card company to not have to pay. They will try their best to scam you out of your money and then bombard you with emails acting as if they are going to do something. I sent them back their joke of a jewelry and they have lied saying I didn't but I have the paper trail. You've been warned! Do not buy this junk jewelry made in China that you can get at the dollar store! How these people stay in business is unbelievable and don'tbelieve any of the fake 5 and 4 star reviews like I did!
I ordered a customized ring 2 months ago and it still hasn't been shipped/delivered. I received a shipping notification, but it hasn't moved since 3/26 and the notification says the carrier hasn't received the package...hmmm? Could it be that Mint and Lily never actually "shipped" it? I've reached out to customer service and Gina offered me a 15% discount for the inconvenience. I won't be taking them up on the offer. Why would I? Only to spend more money and not receive my item. My next step is to contact the BBB.
Do not buy from this company, they are a huge rip off! I had to write 300 emails to get refunded. For my trouble they blocked me

It's been over 4 weeks for 2 bracelets-requested to cancel the order and customer service said they can't cancel the order at this stage of "the process" and could not give me a tracking # or delivery date. Be careful when ordering.
If I could give this 0 stars I would... DO NOT order from this company- they are crooks. You return items that are supposed to be refunded but they make you wait for weeks to "credit" you but then never process the credit. I have sent numerous emails and STILL waiting for the credit. Do yourself a favor and skip over the Mint and Lilly website- their items are subpar and you will get the run around!
Ordered 4 bracelets. All defective. Ordered a ring turned for gold to silver within a week. Tried to return bracelets, sent pictures, etc. nothing. After the sweet "oh no let us help". Ghosted! No refund. A real sham operation. Lousy quality, lousy customer service (none). Lousy company
Ordered 2 items and paid in full December 4,2023. Items dud not arrive until after the holidays. The company promised a 25% discount on my entire order. I received a refund of $4.95 for shipping and nothing else. For the last 6 weeks I have continually contacted them via several different channels and received promises of a refund that has never materialized. After they make the promise, they ghost me until I start the conversation again. Then they want me to provide the same info they have asked for and received several times. The one thing this company is good at is stall tactics. Oh along with lying and broken promises.
UPDATE: I received my refund after 6 weeks of hellish communication as outlined above. The only reason I received my refund was because posting the below screenshot of their BBB review. My refund was $15.86, which was the agreed upon and promised refund. Obviously I did not go through this ordeal for the money. I didn't want anyone else to go thru literal he'll with this unscrupulous company. They portray themselves as wanting 100% customer satisfaction. After reading reviews not related to their own website, I learned this wasn't true. So many complaints of the same nature as mine. Their continued lying and ghosting had to be revealed so they could no longer take advantage of other people. So thanks for the refund and I hope you either change your practices or rot in hell.
My wife purchased 2x rings over the holidays but decided to return them for a full refund (they have confirmed that the rings were received back). We have been communicating with their "Customer Happiness Manager" named Gina Thomas who runs their *******@mintandlily dot com email account who has stated a few times that a refund will be sent back to us; however, it's now February and we still don't have our money. Furthermore, my emails are now being "undelivered" so I am not sure if they blacklisted my email address or if they are running from this issue.
I ordered a item back in Dec and they sent me the wrong one and still haven't been able to receive the correct one in Feb
I received a damaged necklace. I just wanted a replacement and despite telling me they will send a new one, I still have not received a new necklace or a refund and it's been over a month. Worst customer service!
I placed an order for 3 necklaces for my granddaughters on 12/10/23. The website said they would be delivered between 12/19 and 12/24/23. It is now 1/24/24 and I am still waiting for my order. Because it contained one customized item they would not let me cancel the order. This is one of the worst on-lone transactions. The Today Show should vet the companies they promote.
Worst customer service ever. I ordered a personalized bracelet and there was a problem with it. I wrote to customer service and at first their response was quick. I was told I would get a credit. I never recieved the credit and emailed them numerous times to follow up. No response, no credit at all. Go elsewhere because if you have a problem don't count on them helping you.
My son is a nice young man. He's a teenager, and he purchased me a gift from mint and Lily. We waited a month for the package to arrive. We finally got a delivery notification, although no package was delivered at all. Mint and Lily are scammers and they have terrible customer service. Trying to get in touch with a customer. Service agent is nearly impossible. I would not recommend they are terrible. They are scammers.
Product: Not pure 925 silver, causes rash and irritation. Service: Won't refund, won't give store credit. Ghost after a few emails.
Ordered a ring for my wife for Xmas. Ring came in and within hours began giving her rash and irritation. I thought it might be residue from manufacturing, so I scrubbed with soap/hot water and let it soak. Next day, different finger, same results. Now, she has other silver jewelry and doesn't have this issue, so clearly their cutting their product. Reach out to customer service...denied the refund because of "custom" job. Ghosted me on store credit. So, where does it leave us? $100 in the hole. And a bad Xmas gift.
Ordered picture bracelet with my dead mother and daughter. I emailed them to say I couldn't see my mother and I'd return asap. They emailed me one week later to say to look closer. Like WTF. Another week later I get follow up email that their not doing a return. I asked to swap a picture of just my DEAD mother so she the main person in focus. I got NO response for two weeks. What a crappy follow up. I will NOT recommend to a friend.!
I ordered this necklace and when I received it it is a beautiful piece. Unfortunately it's too small for me. I emailed them they said that they would make it up and I have yet to get a response email I sent the necklace back by UPS and I keep sending emails and I'm being ignored and I just feel that is not the best practice for a business who wants to have repeat, and new customers I raved to my coworkers and families about this business and now I get the pleasure of telling them that they do not provide good customer service like I thought they were every new person is a potential business who could refer many more people for future business so I am not happy with the service. They can the necklace that I returned and obviously they need the money so I'm sure I'm not getting a refund so merry Christmas to you. Buyer beware. Customer service goes along way because people have choices and obviously and unfortunately I made the wrong decision dealing with this company. It's the principal.

Website promised items before Christmas. Still waiting. Company isn't responding. They have taken my money yet no product. It shows a usps number but usps days they have no record of it. I've asked for a refund and still no response. They respond on Facebook and say DM them yet they still don't respond. I going to report them to BBB and other agencies for unlawful business practices. They're stealing peoples money and not delivering.
I would rate this company 0 stars if that was an option. I ordered a necklace in late November and my delivery date was expected to be between December 11th - 16th. I got an email that my order had shipped, but the tracking information was never updated and the necklace didn't arrive. It was only after reaching out to customer service that I got ANOTHER notification that it had shipped. The necklace eventually arrived but at this point, I'd asked for a refund. I have now reached out three times and a refund has not been issued and the customer service rep, Gina, has been ignoring me. Don't waste your money on this company!
I ordered a necklace and a pair of earrings. Earrings were three weeks delayed past the due date, and I still have not received the necklace. They do not respond to emails and there is no phone number to talk to a human.
Answer: Use social media to out their poor behavior every day on their ads. I posted their BBB rating and got my refund immediately that I had been fighting for for 6 weeks
Answer: You can only communicate through email. No phone number that I could locate. I takes a little under two weeks for the order to arrive. It says they give refunds, but it turns out they only give partial refunds. So that turned out to be a lie.
